    Summerlin is a largest master-planned community along the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley in the shadow of the Spring Mountain Range and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

    My sister’s family moved out to the Ridges before the 215 was finished. You had to drive all the way to the end of Desert Inn west and turn left. It sure has filled in since then! Still love that area.

      Minnesota ❄️ I’ve always been a warm weather guy, enjoyed the west coast and love the laid back feel of Las Vegas despite how busy it can be on the Strip. Also, I have asthma and it has been getting worse up here each winter, the dry weather there will help a lot. I’m usually fine here in the summer when it’s 75+ degrees but when it gets below 30 my asthma kicks in 😬. So, moving there for health reasons too!

    Top 5 reasons to live in Summerlin, NV: 1) Parks. Over 150. Plenty for the kids and adults to do. 2) Trails - Over 150 miles of them. (What about the wind? - see your other video!) 3) Downtown Summerlin - has it's own downtown for a master planned community. 4) Golf courses - 9 to play. 5) Villages - divided into 3 associations - North, South and West. Within the associations they are subdivided into villages. I'm not sure that's a reason to live in Summerlin.

      Lol are ya gonna go through all my videos this morning and criticize everyone? I also did the 5 reasons why I love living in Las Vegas, did you see that one? Pros and cons to every city you live in, it’s just a video.

    • @chrisUSA

      No, I'm not going to criticize everyone. Yes, I'm going to go through all your videos because I want to potentially move there. I also going through everyone else's videos! And I will be critiquing their videos as well. I'm flying to Vegas this morning and will be there by Noon.

    Those walking paths throughout the Sumerlin communities ,and Red Rock Canyon, may just tip the scales in the decision between moving to either Green Valley Ranch or Sumerlin.

      kelly k lol 😂. 150 miles of walking trails throughout all the Villages is pretty awesome! Plus like you said, once the trail hits Red Rock Canyon, you can’t compare. Summerlin is the place to be, lol!

    Hi! We planning to buy a house in Summerlin. What is the best village you recommend? Gated community? Thanks

    • @favoritelasvegasrealtor
      @favoritelasvegasrealtor  5 лет назад +2

      Marites Darnell hi there! Wow that’s a tough question! Each of the villages are special in their own way and each have a ton of gated communities. I have done several Village Walk-Through tours on my channel. Check them out. It just depends on the types of amenities you are looking for. Feel free to reach out at any time so I can help you with your search and answer all your questions . 702-370-5112

    DT Summerlin is a shopping mall big deal. It is hardly a downtown.

    • @favoritelasvegasrealtor
      @favoritelasvegasrealtor  4 года назад

      chuckles1972 umm DT Summerlin is not just a shopping mall, lol. There’s the Las Vegas Ball Park, City National Arena, Red Rock Casino, business offices and the mall that all comprise of Downtown Summerlin. Maybe know your facts before you comment. Just saying.
