I'm not a homeowner at this time. Just interested in new apartments in Summerlin. Where would be the best area for nice newer apartment complexes? I work remote so not worried about commuting. Looking to move from Carson City, NV to Summerlin, NV around July 2023.
BRAVO! For getting the boundaries of Summerlin correct. Most don't. Now, my preference is Summerlin South. Newer, wealthier AND is of the most part not being harassed by the new flight patterns of (VGT) North Las Vegas airport.
I've been hearing about this for about six months or so. However, the nice 55+ community next door seems to be less than thrilled by the Summerlin-Sony studios directly to the north. Anyone who's been around a film studio complex knows that "it" spills over into the surrounding neighborhoods. Frankly, areas south near the Gold Coast etc might be a better fit for such a complex. Since Mark Whalberg apparently has his fingers in the deal and he lives in the nearby Summit Club we put 2 + 2 and get Hmmm. I'm all for moving the economy away from gambling/boozing etc. I must think that a studio in this location is not the spot for that. @@KaoriLuxuryRealEstate

what is the "Summerlin Tax"?
If you're referring to the HOA, that is about $50 per month. If you're asking about SIDs/LIDs, that ranges based on the sub communities.
what’s the difference? 😊
Watch this video and you shall find out!
