I'd strip it, then rebuild doing everything the right way, take really high quality pics of the paintwork, respray it one colour then vinyl wrap it to look exactly as it is

I can definitely feel this video. My first car was a sc400. I loved that car and pulled it apart and learned about cars working on it. Spent every paycheck as a teen on it and my dad gave me shit about it. Then I sold it to my cousin who rode it and beat it to death even after slamming a side rail.

Take really good photos of the Graff's then clean the paint,body etc and put a wrap with the original colors, but brightened up.
I don't know the history of Tavarish and this car but id like to. Please do a part 2. I personally depening on his level of attachment to the car, would just fix everything thats there. Replace brakes and whatever else but beyond that keep it the way it is just cleaned up. It'd be like a drivable time capsule into the past.
That paintwork needs to be preserved! Its unique! I'm sure Color Recon can make it happen.

I built an insane Plymouth fury 3 from 66 into a wild muscle rat custom. It had a 440 TNT big block bolted to a Alco 5 speed stick. The car could hit 100 mph in 3.20 seconds. It was built fer street racing. It ended up being sold to a collector in Chattanooga Tennessee, an ten years later it now resides in the Lead foot Outlaw Street Racing Museum in Rossville Tennessee. I never thought a car I built fer under 2 grand would become a piece at a museum.
I wish a friend would buy my first car/build and give it back to me... you would legit see me cry. Good job !!

Do a high quality scan of the paintwork & make it a wrap, repaint the car under the spray paint, put the wrap onto it, renovate it up a bit until it runs good on everything as a car you can hammer down the track without an inch of worry other then if you'll crash or not going too fast.
Hell weld a rollcage for it & make it just as much of a racecar as Earl.
