David and Dave are legit class acts. This past summer, my wife and I were on a cross country road trip that took us through Kansas so we stopped by the shop just so I could say I had actually been there. I met Crazy D and asked if it would be an imposition to look in the shop and say hello to The Wizard if he was around. As luck would have it he was and he was kind enough to stop what he was working on to say hello and chat for a minute with a fan. After that Crazy D was generous enough to give us a tour of the shop and Hoovies' projects. It was an awesome experience and I am happy to report that these guys are every bit as cool as they look on TV.

Alot of his work is done from a more first person perspective with things like a body cam etc. I honestlly think These people filming their work brings more customers because the transparency it gives, people will trust you more when they can clearly see they wont get ripped off. Also the cameras add an insurance policy to the shop as it can prevent fruad from customers or a insurance company because the work done is clearly documented and nobody can refute if wasnt done right

Tremendously insightful. Thank you Wizard for those pearls of wisdom and sharing the language that you used to assuage your regular customers. Experience is sometimes the only training. I like that you put forth overcoming your doubts and realizing it wasn't going to work as it was before, and allowed yourself to change. Adjusting to a camera always being in your face and learning how to present on camera is huge. You are now a practiced professional. Thank you.

I have been working on cars for 40+ years and I am constantly learning new tricks new systems new ways of doing things on repairing cars. So for me the wizard is in valuable to tune my skills when it comes to diagnosing and repairing cars and he does business the way I’ve always thought repair shop should do it. I’m glad there is definitely a shop out there being straight up with customers and repairs. Wouldn’t be surprised if the wizard in a year or two has 8 to 10 people working for him and has to move yet again to even larger shop. What a great person

We had a family equipment manufacturing business for over 35 years. As anyone that's ever had a business knows, you're there seven days a week. Saturdays and Sundays, the radio was always on in both the office and the shop area. When Click and Clack " The Tappet Brothers" we're on, everybody would be busting up laughing. I don't think anybody can replace their corny jokes, hilarious interactions with their listeners ,and infectious laughing.
I still receive "Puzzle of the Week" emails from their website🤣

It is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic that knows what they are doing and wont rip you off that people will put up with almost anything if they know their car will be fixed right. On top of that if they see videos of cars being fixed at the shop with the problem solving that goes on they will want their car fixed in this place even more.
