the schultz fundation thing is aiming at me. i've been a part of a rescue organisation in the late 90's ,we saved hundreds and hundreds of abandoned -mistreated cats and dogs,and i'm proud to say that,back then,90% of all of them were adopted by loving people.so this is something i will gladly contribute to. well done Jared.

Can't you do a RC F (Crashed) Swap? They have the same 2UR-GSE Engine, Tuned ECU and Updated Interior + Better Suspension w/ Brake Bits from 2015+?
I'm sure that will be way more expensive to find one with a good engine, the ISF is more easy and cheaper to find
Or the GS F, for that matter.
It'll probably be more expensive to get the complete car, but if they were able to find one, it would be awesome.

I want a wrecked GS F for my '08 IS F. The wife has a GS F, and I like a lot of the updates - would love to have them in my '08 IS F...
And yes, the GS F is a fantastic grocery getter with two child seats in the back. Seats are too hard for long distance though.

Excited for the SC-F build! One of my dream cars is the ISF. Test drove one on a mountain pass when they first landed in South Africa back in 2009. What a machine!

Daaaaammmmnn I was getting excited when I thought you where putting a 1j is that sc300. I have a 94 sc400 with a 1j swap and s366 turbo. The swap was done close to 15 years ago, and it’s been sitting at my shop for like 10 of those years. I need to update it

More info on 1JZ, is it front,mid,rear oil sump? What ecu/car is if off of?
"full time lockup torque converter" is the only thing that upstages a well executed hand brake turn.
i have a wrench very similar to that to adjust magneto timing on Beech Barons
30 year old engine. 100 bucks shipped! its a crazy market!
There are a ton of jz’s available. It’s just that shipping is messed up. The importers raised the price because of that. Then the people from the United States pumped up the prices to be greedy. Now we are dealing with people claiming that the jz’s are rare. They are not!!!!
ton of jz's = 5 engines (one weights 200kg) :-)
but how many are getting bore-scoped and de-lidded on camera so that you trust the engine you're getting?
At this rate you can pull a VVTI engine and buy forged internals - make an NA-T for cheaper and you know what condition is like on the inside because you built it yourself.

You guys should buy a Mitsubishi Starion/Chrysler Conquest and do a build on it. Very fun cars. I own one and love it. Not many ppl know what they are. Super sexy looking 80's styling.

If you go on a flowbench, it is not the best flowing head. It flows better in the mid range than the 2jz head, but less at top end.
i have a honda fit with the front repaired YOU NEED IT IN THE SHOP
so they built around 5000 ISF's for the USA its not going to be easy to find one crashed , its an amazing car but maybe u should extend the search to RCF's GSF's or LC500's
Those would be out of budged and if not they would be as crushed as the previous sc300

There are 5 IS-Fs listed on Copart right now (not including the 2 that burned)

I'm hype for the 2urgse but maybe you should consider the 3urfse from the tundra, I say this only because Magnuson and Harrop already make supercharger kits for it. Harrop also has the newest TVS2650 avail for it which is fuck'n huge. There are also cams available for the 3ur.
