    Never realized how weak my wrists are until this workout 😂but I usher through and know they’ll get stronger over time. Thank you for this at home workout for us shy girls with no membership ❤

      ❤ I hope you are doing better now..😊 I fell down while skating, I hurt my wrist.. Because of this it was hard to do these exercises..

      ​@@maryms9422your back hurts because your abs are weak. I have the same issue. You just have to do as much as you can. Pace yourself. My back issue is slowly going away.

      Also, I maintained a 20% deficit to maintenance (i used chronometer to track calories) walked 15,000 steps a day, push/pull/leg split at the gym, and i ate a low PRAL and low fat (

    Amazing workout!

    I'm a total beginner, I've been following this routine for 7 days only 1 rep bcs my wrist still weak (just recovered from broken wrist T_T), and in my 8th-9th day I did for 2 reps,
    So far I feel good in my core muscles

    I don’t see how this video isn’t at 1mil yet.
    I do this everyday and the transformation my body is undergoing is mind blowing 🤯. I haven’t purchased her program but will come winter time!

    Started this workout today! My triceps started hurting after the first 2-3 min but i could feel the exercises feeling me up😂 will gradually increase the reps to avoid any injuries or pain. Thanks for the long vid!!

    going to be keeping track of my progress here!!
    starting stats: abt 160cm height, 37kg, waist abt 65cm, did not diet and did this once a day at night
    DAY 1: ✅️
    first day so wasnt expecting much but this was the only workout so far that made my muscles burn so much so thats great
    DAY 2: ❌️
    felt sick so didnt do 😭
    DAY 3: ✅️
    exercises felt somewhat easier to do which is a relief

    2 Feb 2024: Starting program
    Current stats : 30[Under Bust] - 27[Waist] - 30 [Navel] - 36[High hip][Lower Waist] - 42[Hips]
    The stats are after menstrual cycle, in the period week, my measurements shoot up to 2-3 inches due to bloating and water retention.
    My aim is to follow the workouts daily in under 10 minutes and update here. I want to get a reduction in my lower body. 😊💖

    GIRL! Thank you so so much for make a video!! i’m obsessed 💚 i do have one question, my back hurts when i’m doing the beginning exercises. Dose that mean i’m doing it wrong or is that supposed to happen?

      It means your core is not yet strong enough to be able to do that exercise safely. For now, I would do all the other exercises that feel safe and comfortable in order to build up my core strength, then I'd go back and try the first exercise again in two to three weeks to see what progress I've made.

      Want until the third short beep. She "starts earlier" so you can prepare for the next movement/rest/do double time in case you want a harder version
