Started this workout today! My triceps started hurting after the first 2-3 min but i could feel the exercises feeling me up😂 will gradually increase the reps to avoid any injuries or pain. Thanks for the long vid!!

It means your core is not yet strong enough to be able to do that exercise safely. For now, I would do all the other exercises that feel safe and comfortable in order to build up my core strength, then I'd go back and try the first exercise again in two to three weeks to see what progress I've made.
