Sadly a lot of modern trainers nowadays only care about profit. They run trainees like another team driver and anything the trainee gets hung up on is brushed aside or only covered enough to pass some stupid company specific test. This was my experience and other people I've talked to who are still fairly new to the industry.

Thank you for putting out these videos for folks to study at home, before they ever enter the industry. I drive for a small company. Been driving since 1984. And I've just learned a few new nuggets . Tandem sliding is a subject you can never do too many videos on. I would encourage everyone to watch and re-watch these in the comforts of home, before embarking on training in real time. Tandem sliding can be a miserable frustration and waste of precious drive time. Soak up as much of this as you can, in the comfort of home . And you'll experience less "information overload" when you finally meet the trucks for real.

I always check both sides of the trailer to make sure all the pins pop out sometimes the will stick...the old glove on the ground trick will get u close to the hole u want..
