I'm so allergic to cats that if I even go in a house that has had a cat in the past years ago, has been cleaned and never had a cat in it since, I STILL end up having to go to the hospital because I can't breathe. Inhalers only buy me time :( Thanks for doing this episode, I'll have to look into the injections. When I had my allergy test done as a kid, it showed I was allergic to dogs as well, but I have had them all my life and I even have an almost six month old puppy right now and get absolutely no reaction. A good point that should be made is that exposure to these allergens can sometimes really help you build immunity to them.
Just subscribed to your RUclips channel after watching the excellent and, yes, humorous video you did on Dr. Sue's channel promoting Pet Cancer Awareness Month (May). After watching your very humorous, yet, extremely serious and informative video, I was hoping you also had a RUclips channel and was delighted to locate your channel. I'm strictly a kitten/cat and horse person with 5 strictly indoor cats I rescued off the streets. My oldest furchild, 8 y/o Sassie is a beautiful Tuxedo and quite special to me. I love all my feline furbabies and, of course, my beautiful, black 14 /y/o Tennessee Walker, Midnight. I'm 64 y/o and do a lot of trail riding and Midnight takes great care of me when we're out on the trails. I'm looking forward to watching all your helpful, humorous, yet, informative videos! So glad I located your RUclips channel.
Sharon Jacobs-Salinas I'm so glad you found the channel as well! Have you gotten to watch the episode about reducing stress in cats? It's one of my favorites, and the Mind of Cats episode is one of the most popular I have ever done. Thanks for your wonderful comment and for seeking out our channel!
I am very pleased that you (Doc Roark) became a vet, but you could have easily been a comedian with those facial expressions of yours. A look that is worth a thousand words! LOL
Haha 'fits of coughing'.. yep that's been me for the past few months. I thought I had pnumonia. Nope just very allergic to my fury 4 legged boss I answer to. Will try those tips. Good advice, funny video.

Sherilyn Barbee Donner Andy IS funny-looking. In the good way.
Sherilyn Barbee Donner Thanks!! You made my day with this comment. I really appreciate it.
I have a cat allergy, but am a dog lover, so it doesn't get TOO much in the way. I just LOVE Cone of Shame and will watch EVERY episode regardless!
Sherilyn Barbee Donner Thank you SO much for watching and letting me know you do. The encouragement means a lot!

Andy gets tested for allergies. Meg puts him in his place.
So I want a cat but my dad and sister are allergic I hope this can help me
So if you have only one family member with this does this work if you got a small dog lick a Wiener dog or something
Can you do a video about what to do with pets that have allergies? I thought that's what this was about while it was loading and was really curious.
Leni Fitzgerald I totally will. It's a great topic. I think I'll try to get it together in the next few weeks.
Thanks for the suggestion!
