Cat person: "dog is too needy."
Cat: "dog person is too needy."
So accurate
Hahahaha
Sounds about right. 😂
Dogs aren’t needy, they just want love and attention, like any animal.
@@Lemondrop157 But they over do it and most of the car owners don't like it that's why they resort to cats
It's very stressful for cats to stay with strangers in an environment they don't know, that's why she was meowing all night :(
True. Very true
True, this wasn’t a fair swap
Quit being sensitive
Yes that happened to my cat 🐈
@@harmony2484 I'm sorry that the cat was uncomfortable? Cats arent dogs, all of them are different. Shut up and watch a different video if you dont want experienced owners to question the ethics.
I think they should’ve stayed at each others apartments so the animals wouldn’t have been so thrown off 🤣🤣
same
Exactly
That’s honestly what I thought they were going to do
yes
I thought they were going to do that lol
"I don't know if cats do treats,"
Once you shake the bag there is no escape.
Fr tho, that’s how I get my cat out of my roomates part of the house. (My room mate is extremely allergic to cats)
My cats definitely know the word treat. They love them.
My cat can be in the deepest sleep and once the bag is picked up she comes running downstairs
LMAO ikr
Some kitties don’t like treats, it just depends on the cat I guess, I have 3 cats and none of them will take treats. But some cats will climb you for treats 😂
Cats wagging their tail ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT mean their happy
the same with the dogs tail ;)
@@Ohrensammlerin Isn't dogs meant to show that they're happy when they wag their tail?
@@olymolly3637 no, it is excitement. thst can be happyness but also when they are on a hunt or just before they attac for example. it depense on the while bodylanguage. when the body is totally stiff but the tail is wagging, you got to go and leave the dog alone, but if the body is very soft an is also kind if wagging with the tail, it is happy and a very positiv excitement :)
@@Ohrensammlerin Thank you so much for the complete explanation! You're very knowledgeable & I'm satisfied now XD
@@olymolly3637 was a pleasure :) thank you 😊
I feel like they could've swapped places for the day so the animal would at least be in their home base.
Exactly!!!
I thought of that too, it would be a lot easier for them.
It made the video unfair. I also felt like they could have used a chiller dog owner.
Yes!!
yup if my cats would be in another house she's getting rly ugh
2:52 the saddest meow I have ever heard-
Also, despite lots of comments that said the dog owner was doing things wrong and stuff, she did put in effort into researching behaviours of cats and tried (but failed) to make her feel comfortable.
The fact the cat owner allowed her cat to be subject to this social experiment shows her neglect and ignorance. The cat doesn't even like her owner but the bf. Says alot.
poor kitty
My cat makes the most heartbreaking meows, but it's just how he meows all the time lol, but everytime I hear him meow I can't help but feel so bad for him despite nothing being wrong with him. It especially hurts when it's a broken meow along with it. It hurts my soul 😭
And that's the problem. Nobody wants cats. Lmao
@@prehistoriccreature1800 why dont u project somewhere else?

“I don’t know if cats do treats”
*oh honey...... you don’t want to know what happens when you shake the bag of temptations*
BAHAHAAHSKDKDFLJS
Yeah lol. I once shook the plastic container of temptations and the lid flew off...treats EVERYWHERE! My two cats were happy lol. Like,”thanks mom for being so clumsy!” 😬
It doesn’t even have to be treats, I shake their bag of food once and they come running 💀
Yeah
Whenever i move plastic bag or empty bag he comes running thinking “FOOOOOD”
And when he finds out is not, he looks at me with a face of disappointment 😂
haha yessss!!!
Why didn't they switch apartment, the animals must have been so confused and stressed from the different smells. I'm sure the cat would be more approachable if she stayed at her home :(
Agree. Although I wonder why not. One has a man. The liveing. How it is all set up. Can be an issue. Although the 2 ladies should be able to adjust faster than the cat & dog.
Exactly what I was going to say. Taking them out of their familiar environment resulted in totally different reactions. Hope they try again ans switch apartments. Plus the animals will be familiar with them too.
You guys are worried about 2 animals that are spoiled and quickly adapting at where they're living for just a day when there's worst cases out there 🙄🙄🙄
We get it shut up
Your profile picture is the cat when she got in that new house
To all the cat people saying the cat was really stressed, I agree, but i think I guys really looked over the crying dog, she was so confused and frightened, i felt so bad for both of those babies 🥺😢
yea, i dont think these videos should exist. dogs get attached to people and cats to places. if they rly wanna learn abt the animals they should spend a few days volunteering at animal shelters of even just visit someone with that animal and help them.
Ikr! No one's talking about that poor dog, it's kinda sad. The cat was stressed of course, but the dog wasn't happy either. Such videos shouldn't exist really.
its to loud in her Appartement!
The title should be
"Let's completely stress out our pets for a day" (2)
They shouldve switched homes instead haha
They should have interchanged humans, i mean switched apartments. I feel like it would've been easier for the furbabies that way... They would've been home, but with some new people, kinda like when grandparents visit or something..
exactly what i was thinking
I’m surprised maomi handled that sudden change so well my cat would’ve bitten her and hid under the bed as soon as she got there
Cats are more flexible both emotionally and physically.
Mine too 😂😂😂
her name is maomi hahaha, it means cat in mandarin
She didnt take it well
@@arvinstarvin5929 some. Not all of them
I can’t believe they didn’t switch houses - of course the animals are stressed in unfamiliar places
update: lol for all the people saying that it’s crazy to just swap apartments ? I don’t see your logic. you’re willing to literally hand over your precious dog or cat to someone for an experiment, but you the human person won’t swap beds for a night? If it stresses YOU out to go to a strangers apartment for a night, it definitely stresses out your pet.
OBVIOUSLY the sweet lil animals are fine, but I was just trying to say they could’ve made it easier for them is all.
oh shut up
Queenofwheels lolol no thanks
That's what I was thinking. They get stressed out enough when their humans leave. But to switch their environments can cause them so much stress.
Yeah, that was a really bad call.
This definitely played a huge part in the experiment. Maybe it was purposefully somehow?
It's nice that she's asking around and doing research for the kitty
I wouldn’t even let my best friend take my cat for a day. That’s my boy
Same lol
Cats don’t open up to people just like that..specially in unknown places. That cat was still a sweetheart!
poo poo Pee They didn’t say anything about the dog though, how is that biased?
poo poo Pee You’re welcome :)
Yup, my cat would straight up be pissed and aggressive. He also gets so sad when i leave
Riya ikr the cat didn’t even bite her my aunts cat is sooooo scared of my little cousin she’s never hit her
@poo poo Pee I have had both, cats and dogs and from my experience dogs usually open up to new people easier than cats. You need to understand cats before you can get fully along :D And cats usually get attached to only one person. Of course it depends on the animal and its personality.
My own cat likes to cuddle a lot, she sleeps with me, gives "hugs" and kisses and is really social with me. She fully trustes me so I can basically toss her around however I want and she wont mind. She won't be that close with other people though. Same with my dog, she gets along with strangers but gets nervous if I leave the room. She still will get used to new people easier than my cat. They act so differently around strangers.

For someone who isn't a cat person, she really had good intuition about them, and was very committed to learning more. These are sweet people.
The cat did really well actually. My cat would've been hiding and hissing if someone got to close to him, especially in a strange unknown environment. He would've been terrified. He honestly doesn't really like anyone except me and my mom. He's so cute.
"I don't know how she got behind the couch but she did."
Cats are like liquid, they can fit into a bottle like it's nothing, it's freaky but cool how they can just slip through stuff like mice.
It's their spines they are not exactly attacked like other animals, this allows them so move into smaller spaces like cat doors or small openings.

@Unstable Daydreamer I think it’s because dog people don’t know the differences between cats and dogs. I’m a dog person (but I love cats), but I know how to handle cats. I have pet sit before. Cats are more ‘lone’ animals then dogs who love attention. That doesn’t mean cats don’t want love, but they definitely spend more time on their own then dogs (at least from my own experience)
@Unstable Daydreamer A cat will love you, but not be your pet. I have two, and specially Sophie, the oldest knows she's the owner here.

"The cat spent all night meowing" well, she was stressed and likely looking for her owner. Cats only meow for people. She started hovering and meowing because at that point she knows the human is safe, but she doesn't trust the rest of the space.
Cats can be, and are, really affectionate, but you have to earn their trust. My cats have all been cuddly. Yes, it is on their terms and when they want to, but thats okay. Respect the cats boundaries. My sister adopted a shelter cat that wouldn't come out from under her bed. I set myself on the bedroom floor where he could see me and waited. He came out on his own and laid down on my chest and cuddled me.

bby Kiwi Cats establish areas as their own and in the wild all big cats do this. They claim an area and stay there unless they absolutely have to leave. Where as wild big dogs are always on the move exploring and hunting. So to compare the dog and cat isn’t a fair comparison.

@Unstable Daydreamer exactly, cats are divas and they don’t understand when a human shows love or affection to the cats, cats needs to trust themselves to trust strangers first then they trust strangers. Dogs understand if a stranger wants to show affection so they do
@@jvr6272 that is true but when a cat gets to know you, they will be the SWEETEST baby on earth and will do anything for you💖
@@jvr6272 No cats just show love to the people that don't annoy them constantly. Cats love their owner but they also need their space. Basically dogs are newborns when cats are teens.
Dogs never stop to tell you: "I love you! Look I love you!" whereas cats sometimes have a mood like: "hey mommy I like you and can you comfort me by petting me please?"
Cats are also introverts when dogs are extroverts.
@@shydreameress264 exactly, that’s why I prefer dogs more because when you’re down and just having a bad day , dog is always there for you to be loved and stay with you to cheer you up , cats would either bite you gently or walk away from you most of the time , which would I consider a companion ?

The thing I love about cats is that they have the ability to be just as loving and affectionate as dogs. They just show their love and affection in different ways and in most cases, you have to earn a cat's love. My cat is so affectionate in so many different ways. They aren't "low maintenance" pets, as some would say. They just need different types of attention. Also, that cat was so stressed. I feel bad for her
Love how the dog lady is worried that the cat can't get out of her hiding spot trust me they always find a way
yup: advice for dog people, anywhere the cat gets itself into, it can get out of. no need to worry or try to "get to the cat". if a cat is hiding like that it wants to stay there, usually because it's scared. trying to get to the cat is just gonna scare it more.
I have noticed that people who own cats like both cats and dogs, but people with dogs are much more dog people, and they don't do well with cats. Im saying this for the majority, not for everyone.

So basically this is an obsessed dog owner with a badly trained and insecure or codependent dog that she wants to be codependent, and a normal owner who owns a cat. The issue isn’t the dog vs cat, but the people who were chosen. Also, would have made so much more sense to have the humans swap houses and babysit each other’s animals to see them in their natural environment.
It’s not her fault she tried her best researching about cats, she isn’t used to cats nor doesn’t know much about them y’all cat people need to stop hating- from a cat/dog lover.
I remember about 10 years ago my friends were going out of town and asked me to take care of their cat, which I adored by the way. I brought her home and she jumped onto my recliner and claimed it as hers. She was not happy about my small apartment NOT being her giant house. She hissed at me for a few hours and even took a few swipes at me when I got too close. At my friends house she would jump on my lap and let me pet her for hours and curl up by my neck. At my place though I was the bad guy. The next day though she was fine. I was gone at work for 10 hours, so she had all day to explore without me bothering her. Plus I fed her 9 lives, which was way better than the plain dry cat food my friends had. I have 2 really big windows with ledges and they over look a park and there are squirrels and birds to watch. My friends just have an enclosed backyard and not much is happening there. 1 month she stayed with me and when my friends took her back she hissed at them and was mad for a few days they said. My place was quiet with a view, theirs had kids. I win.

Most cats hide for days or even weeks in a strange location.
Yo, I had to pause the video around 7:30 to comment… this cat is hilarious. The most passive aggressive dismissal of another being
during the first bit of the swap you can tell that cat was *pissed.* Then as things moved forward the cat hid a bit scared of what's going on.
also i’m cryinnngg at the blonde girl saying she’s allergic to cats & one of her eyes becoming bloodshot half way through, she really took one for the team lol
As someone with allergies, that probably wasn't from the cat. It wouldn't be just in one eye. She's wearing fake eyelashes and a full face of makeup, then had a shower and came out with her full face of makeup still on. I'm guessing she got some water/makeup in her eye.
Lol I'm allergic to cats and have 2
Meanwhile I'm feeling awful for the cat considering it was feeling the torture the most lol
@Shanna Robertson ... cat allergies can definitely be that bad. My eyes swell and water and I get terribly itchy yet I'm only mildly allergic. Allergies can vary in scale.

Ari The rat he’s a troll. He’s been commenting the same thing over and over again on different videos for the past few months/years. Don’t give him attention lmao
That's not exactly how cats are but sure
The cat handled being in a new environment pretty well, it still looked really stressed, but for the most part it handled it well. Most cats do extremely poor when brought to a new place, whenever I take my cats somewhere they always cry. Lucy, my youngest kitty didn't leave her hiding place for three days when we moved for the first time. While Jude, my older kitty actually does pretty well, the only time we had a problem was when we adopted him when he was one, wouldn't leave the couch for two days straight. Those are the only two extreme examples that have happened, Jude loves strangers and now is really friendly, he just isn't touchy. While Lucy is extremely touchy and loves pets(even on her belly) but does incredibly awful when in a room full of people. She always hides, and she even hissed at me when I tried to urge her out, she has never hissed at me before. I am trying to get her more open(?) but I just don't know how. She is fine with me, my father, and mother as well as a couple of people. But once there is three or more people that she doesn't know, she always hides. *sigh*
If anyone has any recommendations, I'm all for it, we don't really have a lot of gatherings at my house. But I would love for her to socialize a bit like Jude and not be full of anxiety all the time.
ikr
what cats need: food, water, shelter, litterbox (with litter), play, attention, personal space, and that's about all I can think of.
cat owners in the comments: "that cat is so stressed this is a terrible idea!"
dog owners: "idk they'll be fine. just give her some peanut butter"
Ye lol
I wouldn't let anyone take my dog for the night
Yeah they should have stayed in each others houses. My cat would not be having it
lmaooooo
It's a character
and what Ive read mostly concerned of both. They both got stressed just diff ways to cope.
The way the dog owner was stroking the cat, I was getting so anxious that she might turn around and bite her
@Isabella Dinobile Although not overly painful, if they break the skin, the bite can cause in infection because of bacteria on their teeth.
My friends cats claws were removed so instead of giving you a scratch, she full on bites and you might bleed
@@victoriastockton6262 that's such an inhumane thing to do! poor cat.
@Isabella Dinobile That depends _entirely_ on how much the cat wants to hurt you. There's also like a more than 50% chance of infection if it breaks the skin. My mom almost lost her finger to a not immediately treated cat bite.
The cat doesn't mind the petting which proves the cat is friendly. The reason why the cat was stressed or agitated is because of the new house. Cats are territorial animals so they don't like new territories esp if that territory belongs to a dog. That house have so much of the dog's scent, and it make the cat feel uncomfortable.
I have never left my cats in the hand of someone who doesn't know much about cats. Only once I had to stay in the hospital for 8 weeks I sent them to the cattery where I could trust the staff as professionals.
Few things about cats: Cats like to be independent/left alone, they don't like to have too much attention so it's best to let them roam around and get used to the place. I have a cat, I had to deal with the same thing and that they will like you more if you at least give them space.
Your welcome!
u forgot to talk about staring at cats
The animals shouldn’t shift home ,the humans should 😂
Update: a lot of the comments are about, that they would stealing from each other’s home, and that’s right but ...what I really meant was that mommy got really stressed and that’s only because ,she didn’t know where she was ,and probably also because of lot of other things, cats are more comfortable in there own territory.
Btw thx for these likes 😁
That would have probably been a different experience for the cat. Maybe they would have been less stresed
Dogs doesn't mind shifting homes but for cats it's a big deal. Cats are territorial animals and marks their spots. So yeah, the cat would be less stress and friendly towards her
No cuz the people could steal something
Stealing is a thing, but I get where this is going and I don’t think it’s wrong but also not totally right.
Agreed
The cat:being nice but nervous
The dog: destroying all the cats toys
The dog was high energetic and the person probably didn't walk her that long to relieve this energy. If I don't walk my dog at least 3-4 hours a day he would search for something to release his energy and frustration i.g. steal clothes and chews on them. Has nothing to do with spoiled or bad behavior, just frustration and pent up energie.
My dog loves to steal my cats toys. Especially the crinkle ones and the ones that smell like cat nip.
He likes cat nip more than they do XD
@@elegantstrawberry I don't think she was trained or stimulated enough in general. Not just there.
This is kinda irrelevant but my cat steals my dogs toys and he hides them XD he has a stash of dog toys in a little corner where he likes to sit at
She probably should have picked them up if she didn’t want the dog to chew on them though, they don’t understand it’s not for them
"I'm gonna leave you alone and give you all the space you want while I take a shower" *PET PET PET PET PET CAN'T STOP TOUCHING PET PET PET PET*
so true, but that staring at the cat was worse... its a pure threat in cat language. A stare means fight or flight, pounce is imminent.
Being with a cat 24 hrs. a day is heaven. I just want to cuddle them. I have 1 cat now. My other 2 cats died. But when I had 3 cats, it was so fun. One walked by and jumped on me. The next one walked by in a jaunty fashion. The next one would sit next to me and drink my water. Cats just make me laugh! And they lie on your bed when you go to bed.

If you have a 2 story house make it so the cat is the only animal that goes upstairs so they have a large safe place away from the dog or just have a room with alot of cat toys in it that the dog dosent go in

Mummy's eyes were so dilated, she was VERY stressed
Poor mommy
It could be the lighting. But yea 😞
It’s because she was brought to a different house.
Poor Mummy, I’m glad it’s over for her. :)
Do you know what breed mummy is??
You need more than 24hrs with a cat!
This video just shows the incredible bond between human and dog 🐕
When mummy turned her back on Becky was like very teenagerish thing ever😂
Wow
Was like very teenagetish thing ever
Made a ton of sense
Wow great grammar
😹😹😹😹😹
This dog has huge separation anxiety, she should leave him alone sometimes while he is still young, because later when she needs to go somewhere alone it’s going to be very hard for him..
Sugar Mama it needs so much training 😵
The dog is a girl but yes I do agree she needs training
I agree all the dog needs is to get used to the fact the human leaves if she never left once she leaves the dog may destroy items and totally freak out as long as the dog sees you keep coming back and don't abandon them they will be ok We did that with my puppie putting him in his crate he would cry and cry but saw we always came back nd got used to it now hes silent when hes put in his crate
My dogs are worse. It’s because I don’t really go out unless it’s to the hospital. If I go to the front door they cry and when I come back in they knock me flying from being so happy to see me back even though I’ve been gone 30 seconds lol. My cats are a lot like my dogs lol weirdos
I wouldn’t call it separation anxiety, since she settled down not too long after a person left the apartment, even her owner. This dog just doesn’t like saying goodbye, most dogs don’t and that’s completely normal. This dog just needs a little discipline in her life.
Both of these women's pets are basically them in pet form. Perfect matches!!!🥰
Literally!
That’s not a dog person, that’s a dog lover.
Dog people: “Dogs are part of my family. They sleep on their bed on the floor, they stay out of the kitchen when I cook. They know boundaries but they get lots of love and attention when it’s appropriate.
Dog lover: “My dogs all sleep in my bed, they get constant love and attention and FREAK OUT when I’m gone, so I just bring them everywhere with me. If they don’t eat their kibble, I feed them by hand or cook for them…”
One typically creates a healthy, well balanced dog. The other creates neurosis and separation anxiety (in both the ppl and dogs 😆)
Cats are extremely territorial.. getting the cat out of his place for 1 day will just make him anxious. Im actually surprised the cat isn't hiding all night long.
J-F B EXACTLY! First time I brought my cat home he immediately hid under the coach and wouldn’t come out for the entire night.
I can relate
Yeah me to
J-F B yesssss
Coco Taveras I don’t know if they went to eachother’s house or took the pet to their own house but if they are where they’ve always lived they won’t hide but they’ll run away from you
They honestly should have stayed in each other’s houses, it isn’t really accurate to how they’d behave normally when they’re potentially freaking out from being in a new environment (especially cats)
Yes but what if they didn’t bring certain things like pills or something? The dog person girl could’ve left her pills at home and could’ve had an allergic reaction if she stayed around the cat too long.
@@jewelleryhouse4783 She could go out to buy pills or go back to her house to pick them up, switching houses doesn't mean they're chained up and can't go anywhere.
Vadalia How far are their houses from eachother? Depending on the distance the animal could feel neglected. Or it could be too late.
Y'all should be on a debating team.
Jewellery House
Consider this, it may sound wild...
They could bring medication with them....🤯
Both of the pets are livid in this “challenge”
Cats need a lot longer than 1 day to become accustomed to a new surrounding
As a cat owner,
Cats will be ‘Crying’ all night, as if they are anxious nervous, stressed, and bored.
You should give your cat extra attention if they start this habit.
Edit: omg tysm for 700 likes! I’m glad so much people saw this 😌😌 I hope this helps!
I agree 100%
Bøbå I think the cat was in heat
You should get rid of your cat and get a dog
@@outcastcoco785 splish splash your opinion is trash
Dblock Hitta Worst advice, I love my cat.
Cats meow excessively like that when they are stressed the hell out!
Kathryn Lane I agree in this case, but I have a cat who will straight up just yell at you every time you walk by him. I like to believe he’s enticing people to pet him.
@@carinawaite9802 : I have a cat like that, too! One of my cats is super chill and only meows (very quietly) when he sees me getting his food out, but the other one meows at everything: He meows if he is hungry. He meows as he plays. He meows if he turns around and sees you're there but he didn't realize you were there. He meows if it's 5 am and he wants me to open the bedroom door so he can come in get petted--LITERALLY. EVERYTHING. lol
That’s not entirely true. My cat is extremely vocal and just meows all the time. She loves strangers and pets and can also play fetch and sit on command. She literally will meow for constant attention lolol
She seemed to be stressed AND in heat because of how she lifted her rear end whenever you pet the end of her back
If I was a cat I would be meowing everyday
it broke my heart when the baby was hiding behind the couch ☹️
What's odd is that my identical twin sister is a dedicated cat person and I'm definitely a dog person even though we have very similar personalities.
This was a cute and interesting video and it's nice to see that both pets have caring and dedicated moms to come back to :-)
I’m not liking this sad way of entertaining yourselves to the sadness of the cat’s situation! Shame on you people!
Poor kitty is agitated. That she didn't try to bite or swipe speaks how well-behaved she is. 😿💙
Ikr she seems so scared
Maybe the whole house reek of dog scent and kitty doesn't like it
@@kittenmimi5326 yeah she was probably really scared no hate to them though they didnt know
The dog on the other hand was so trusting and nice. Not once did it seem like it was gonna bite.
Kitty is also lazy
Dog is stressed from being away from her human. Cat is stressed from being away from her home.
Both are stressed for the same reasons. Cats love their people too, y'know.
@@littlekitsune1 Dog owners like to pretend that's not the case.
@Galaxy Milkduds Same, my cat won't sleep unless she's spooning with me and purring. She's actually a therapy cat, so she's really good at her job!
not just that, but the cat can smell the dog in the apartment.
@mid-life crisis at 19 You've never had a relationship with a cat if you think that.

That’s all cats for you
This kind of feels like the cat is an introvert and the dog is an extrovert
Cats don’t let you pee alone either they scratch the door and have there little paws under the door the whole time lol.
My cats just straight up barge in, meow at me and leave
Awwwww
I have to leave the door cracked so my can can cane in
Haithy Avalos not all cats tho
It depends on the cat lol my cats will try to join me in the bathroom, but if I ask them to go out, they respect my space :)
You don't ever bring cats out of their environment unless absolutely necessary
Yes i had to do it one time cuz i had to get out of my apartment (toxic mold) and my cat was so distressed! Never again if i can help it
I moved long distance in the winter. 7 hour drive all 3 meowing and freaking out beside me.
Of course you can! It depends on the cat. I bring mine to my parent's house a few times a year and there's no problem whatsoever.
@@hastflickan10 prove it.

the cat handled that lady nicely.
This was a success story. Both behaved pretty well for being in a new place with new people. I love both dogs and cats. They both have their own personalities and each dog and cat is very different.
Kitty was just meowing all night because she's probably stressed from changing houses
Yeah probably
Usually they scratch the crap out of you. Like when there is fireworks they get all stiff and don’t move and if you pick them up they will claw you.
keeran maikeru kee the cat I might adopt really likes to be picked up. She’s a bit clingy
keeran maikeru kee yeah or when they are scared.
My cat has pretty much never been too away from the house and whenever he goes out he gets scared about everything.
I once tried to carry him to my room so he wouldnt get under the car and just stay there for an hour and then he left me with a little scar.
They get stressed easily and when somebody comes he just flashes to below my bed and stay there all the time.
If something makes a lot of noise he just stays in guard wondering what happened but whatever next thing comes near him sets him off
Finally a chat that is more respectful to cats.
I KNOWWWW
actually , most chats are respectfull to them, to the ones ive seen anyways
Luckily I've never seen a chat disrespectful to cats😂 Everywhere I go people are praising them. It's probably impossible, who can look at that adorable face and hate them!😻

Aww when Mabel was crying it was so sad
is Mabel a shelter dog? seems to get really attached to people very easily & has a lot of anxiety once they leave
dogs are real social animals
Could also be her breed or how she was raised?
If you almost never leave your dog alone they will get anxious if you leave. At least from my experience.
Could be, but I will say that I got my current dog from a breeder and she's equally as attached to me. Dogs are kinda like toddlers- they don't like being apart from their parent.
Karen D mine has anxiety in the car and then she throws up because she thinks she’s going Back to the shelter she’s really lovely why would anyone Abuse her that’s so wrong

I feel this made cats look bad. Cat's don't like change and that dog was spoiled. Over all everyone should be open to saving a cat or a dog.
i dont think Mabel wasnt spoiled at all her owner is just good at taking care of her as every dog owner should be
You don't have to bring down dogs to uplift cats, all animals have different behaviours.
Mabel is a very affectionate dog and has a close relationship with her owner, she may be a little bit spoiled but that's that while mummy is very independent, likes to do things on her own and spends time by herself which is not bad.
I didn't even know dogs can be spoilt. Ugh think before you speak

Depending on how slow or sporadic a cats tail is waging determines how calm or upset a cat is

It’s pretty cruel to take a house cat and put them in an unfamiliar environment for a day tbh. That’s very stressful and traumatic for them especially without their owner.

This comment comes off as naive. Dogs (and almost all other domesticated animals) are the same way. They take time to adapt to their home.
So true, and for dogs as well. Changing the environment for any pet is going to be confusing. All the familiar smells and spots are gone. They should have just petsit for each other.
I'm surprised that the cat didn't even hiss at her for once.
She didn't have a reason to. She was stressed by the move, not the person. Cats don't just hiss for no reason.
@Galaxy Milkduds They don't, sadly... Cats have been with us for centuries and it's honestly sad how few people understand them even now. Rampant myths and misinformation are still commonplace, and the people who DO have aggressive or standoffish cats are often because they don't interact with them correctly.
Some cats have control over their bodies.
@@littlekitsune1 agreed, i've had cats my whole life, as have many of my relatives. We've never had issues with aggressive or mean cats. The cat i have now even follows me around when im outside so when i go out i always have to make sure he's inside otherwise he will go with me
