It's the shock and fear that radiates from some that's frustrating. Some stylists look at my head and completely freak out, like they didn't get enough training to handle the thickness. N they often don't listen when I make suggestions to help them. Therefore, I do my hair myself!

I love how you emphasized not leaving conditioner on the hair. Last time I had long hair (shaving for the last 4 years🫣), I noticed that my strands were excessively weak, they would split so easily and for someone who didn't like to use heat to style it was very confusing. The one thing I do remember doing throughout the years was leaving the conditioner on my hair for years!!😢 ...terrible mistake.

Since you obviously love teaching, and the people who comment here seem really kind, I’d like to ask a question. When my hairdresser does my hair (Caucasian, color treated hair) she always trims the ends after straightening. Then if I want a curl, we do that. I’m just curious about the trim after the curl. Is that because you did the press and curl all at the same time? And does that allow you to use less heat, and avoid damage to her hair? I hope it’s okay to ask.

I really appreciate that you have such a good like deep understanding of hair and styling like wow. When you pinned it up at the end i was stunned because it could have been half up half down, and even with both sections pinned up thats like an elegant bun tbh

    -Never detangle on dry hair❗️
-I’m sure she’s had a trim within ten years.
    -Her hair is lush.
The end results would always be full of body!

I'm confused, if I try to detangle my hair when it's wet it will lock up!. I put a glosser serum on my hair ,part it and gingerly slowly detangle from the ends

She was ripping out her hair, I was cringing 😢 way to rough on wet hair. You could hear the breakage

I sat here and watched this entire video. For some reason it was relaxing for me. I certainly need this product because my hair is so tangled and I am truly natural.

I loved her hair, beautiful looking healthy. I'm really glad you think about your clients with gray hair. I hate using products that change my hair color. In the past I use a deep conditioner that made my hair green. So, I will not use products with color anymore. Keep going strong. Finish tending to your family, as God gives you directions on what's next.🙏🏽❤
