I can't believe how much better I feel and the confidence... And I still haven't perfected that front hairline looking better, but I have a down style so that helps
Looks bang on mate I’m a new system wearer 1 month in I just have a standard monofilament I do want to get another unit for rotation was looking at the Nicholas and Tyler systems
@@mikeyjames1 yes m8 will be done by a technician as I’m completely new to it I’m looking at doing my own maintenance around the end of the year will just go back to the technician for my maintenance for now but I’ve been watching hundreds of videos on how to do maintenance and install your own systems so hopefully by end of the year I haven’t installed my unit back to front 😂
I struggle glueing the hairline. I always take it too far past the lace, or not enough. Then hair gets stuck to my forehead lol. Its very disappointing
@@P.mac85 maark out where Hair Line is and put the glue up to about a centimetre before that, then lay the lace down and just lift the front bit that isn’t glued. Then add a small amount just to wear the lace would end this way you have more control over where the glue goes
@@mythinktube I think lace front in general is the most realistic hairline in my experience so far however I have not tried all available systems to have a definite answer for you, I love the Nicholas because of the natural hairline and the curl pattern :)
@mikeyjames1 and how easy the cleanup is. The reinforced poly sides and back are so strong it makes cleanup quite easy without having to be ultra careful of ripping it. I don't even need to tape through the middle. The mesh top sits a couple of mills above my scalp, which i find irritates less and causs less itching. I've only had it about a month, but I haven't noticed any shedding so far
You make this look easy which is very good, makes us willing to give it a go haha. By the way which tape do you use, it's massive, I can't find anything like this?
My first system was Ares a few years ago and I hated dealing with lace hairlines so much... went to poly and never looked back. I want to try a slickback now like you, so maybe I should try to put up with lace hairlines again... Or maybe try a .03mm UTS.... do you think the .03mm eros would still be outclassed by a lace hairline like the nicholas?
Hmmm I’m not sure, I have never worn a very thin skin. However I am planning on trying it. I understand lace is more work however after time I got used to it.
@@mikeyjames1 Thanks for the reply. I have been comparing Lavivid systems and they have a similar poly side with lace front called the Simois. It has a lace center instead of mono center. Do you really prefer this system over the Simois? I'd figure lace center is more preferrable to mono center.

You’re so good at it - and have such great style - you should run a place and help people look as good as you do !

I love the Nicolas system, I would recommend it. Are you having it fitted by a system technician?

@@Lemonsqueezer-e2l ahh that’s great! I did the same, and now I do it all myself apart from cutting the hair.
😀Amazing!!

@mikeyjames1 thanks for your reply Mikey. I'm heavy stressing over it lately. I'm thinking of going back to a poly
You have practically the same hair cut as me! Does the Nicolas have the most natural front in your opinion or are there better options out there?

You could have totally rock it without a cut. Looks great. I prefer longer hair like the base of your Hairsystem. Might consider it

@@Gaming-Laptop777 thanks for your message. I use walker ultra hold tape in 1 inch. I got the 12 yard which has lasted ages.
When you buy hair, how much time does it take you to take care of it and take care of it?
After install how many days will it stay ontop, and you have to remove, thsnks
I don't get it. If one of the first things you have to do is cut the excess lace at the front, why do they produce it with all that excess anyway??
