If anyone watching these Videos that Rick does for our benefit hasn't realized... He is the best of two worlds. He is great at teaching us how to get these things the right way... but more importantly he actually cares and he is a genuine person. I am fortunate enough that Rick's business is a short trip for me. I have had Rick cut in 2 systems for me. The first one was a fohawk which was awesome (you can see pics of it from google reviews). The second one was more of a side part with a nice slick wave in the front that fades back on side of my head... both were super fantastic but I am in love with the new look he did last week. This dude is the hair guru you have been looking for. Thanks for everything Rick my dude!
@@chriswalker3663 That was so kind bro! Thanks for the kind words and encouragements. So happy you liked the new style, that makes my day! You look great!! Here’s to many more great hair days my buddy!
It looks great. I'm impressed. I began balding in my early 20s, so I've given myself a buzz cut with clippers ever since. I've completely forgotten what it's like to have hair. I'm almost 40, and I recently noticed these hair systems and how far the technology has come. Now that I've watched several videos, including yours, I may give it a go. My only real concerns are having a realistic hairline, being able to take a shower with it on, and it not coming off my head when I don't want it to. It seems like those problems have been solved.
@@theangryveteran your exactly right. I shower and shampoo every day, the hairline is 100% undetectable and it will stay put on roller coaster, motorcycles hot beeches and ocean waves. Take the plunge buddy. Hairline??? Superhairpieces hd111; the best!
Hey Rick. U have actually inspired me into trying to put my systems on my head instead of my hair dresser. Keep up the great work and ur positive attitude goes viral with everyone. Great job buddy
I like that you did get a little glue in the hair and showed it’s not a big deal. I might add to use some leave in conditioner especially in the area you had to spray the alcohol on the hair since alcohol has drying effect. Also another thing I noticed was to hold the hair down above where the glue is to comb the glue out. This helps keep from pulling hair out of the v-looped system. Losing a few hairs as you comb the glue out is not a big deal but holding the hair down as you comb thru it reduces how much will come out as you comb it. Anyway great video Rick.
@@thehighlevelman HD111 is so superior to my old M107 thx you so much rick i finally have an hairline that look natural and stick to my skin. God bless ya 👏
It depends on several factors. The shortest wear time is in the heat and Texas humidity. There are times I take it off and clean it in five days but know that it takes me about ten minutes. I take off the unit and put it in c22 to soak and put on another that is clean and waiting. Then I go back in a couple of days and take 5 to clean the one soaking. I have done 2 weeks before but it was sliding around the last couple of days. I just like the feel of a fresh attachment and I don’t mind doing it at all. Thanks bro!!!!!! Peace man!
Only thing I would add is, practice doing this with a system with no glue until you get used to positioning it on your head. Right now the wife places mine on my head, but if she not around it would be good to be able to do it myself. Thanks Rick
You are so great to follow and learn from. I have yet to buy my first system yet. I'm having a dilemma between the system you use and something with the poly edge and French lace on top... I'm leaning more towards the one you use but I don't know.... There's a lot of content online. I think I'm going to set up a consultation with super hair pieces over the phone
I have several units that I trade out but when I was wearing only one, the hd111 lasted really well for ten weeks then I would stretch it for a couple more
Come on! I have a system and let me tell you it NEVER cleans up like that. Sticky mess everywhere and at least 45 min of tape removel. I’m wondering if these are not on long at all but just for camera tape just does not remove with cotton balls that easily
Hey man, so I don’t use tape. It’s Walkers ultra hold bond. I don’t think tape would remove like this at all. I’ve used tape very little early on when I used a lace system. I just rolled the tape off of the lace. With the ultra hold it will come off just like you see. Totally get it though. I also let the unit and glue soak in c22 over night. That helps with the time it takes to get it clean. Thanks for commenting buddy! Have a super great day!!!!
Has anyone travelled with a hair system and wanted to find a shop in multiple different countries that take your system off, cleans and reinstalls it for you? If so, how difficult is it to find locations everywhere you go? I tried to find locations in Vietnam, and nothing really comes up in Google searches. I'm not that comfortable doing it myself yet. Also, does anybody else have a problem with the hairline coming up after a few days to a week due to extra oils in their skin
@@richardwhite6702 hey man! So, As far as finding a replacement center when you travel; there are always centers in larger cities in the US. Not sure how that would be in other countries. I use Walkers Ultra hold bond. At never lifts in the front. I live in humidity and I remove my system every 5 to 8 days. Once you get over the learning curve of replacing the unit yourself, it is a wonderful thing to not have to depend on someone else to do it for ya. Best wishes!
@@thehighlevelmanso you only use poly and never lace? Poly seems to be easier to clean and install but I like the lace when it's hot out. I'm wondering how much warmer the poly would be. Right now I'm with Hair Club for Men and they are a bit pricey so I would like to learn how to do my own, especially since I travel quite a bit. They also use an eye liner pencil to mark the hairline so they know where to place the glue and they sometimes get the eye liner trapped under the glue as they apply the glue directly into my head and not to the lace itself which is trickier to line the front hairline up with the glue already on my head. Difficult to explain...lol They also use Ghost Bond and do 2 layers. I've never tried Walkers. I'll have to give it a try. Maybe I should just switch to the poly since it seems way more easier to clean and install. Who gives the haircut after you cut it in? Love watching your videos, you're a pro at it. @@richardwhite6702 Hey bro! Thanks for the replies and questions. I always encourage guys to do it themselves. @@thehighlevelman I appreciate the quick reply brother. Is there a way to store the Hair systems for future use? Would you store it in a Ziploc bag? If so, how long can you store a hairpiece for before it becomes frail or brittle?
