Rick is super modest -this is one of the things that makes him such a great person to talk with. He has done 2 cut-ins for me. I recently went back to lace and found it very challenging to clean and install again for me. It also caused me itch. Also, when removing the tape from a lace, it pulls hair out. I'll go back to poly. I had a bad experience with Lavivid. I had ordered a European unit hair from them. The description stated non chemically processed or non color and that the hair was straight and silky. It was very costly due to the advertised description. When i receive the unit, it was actually colored, processed, wavy, frizzy and Indian hair. I sought a refund. They refused saying that the unit was already custom cut. It was not my fault because of their false advertisement!
