Never a dull moment with these 3 guys. I believe Ricky could paint anything and it would be a master piece of work. Thanks John for introducing to us these Nice Gentlemen 🙂.
Just wanted to say thank you for your service to the man that pulled up in the yellow mustang with the Korean veteran hat you see him tell him thank you for your service from me Ron Norman from Chicago
Love the way Ricky steady his hand when painting, I do believe there is something that artist use to steady their hand when painting, it is a stick with a round small ball on the end normally a soft leather ball and they would rest the end on the piece they were painting and then they could rest there hand on the stick, I think the ball is to stop the stick going through the canvas.
Ricky, you have a rare talent, particularly the hand-sketched portraits. The portrait of your grandmother Myrtle May Spirit was outstanding. The intricate crocheted doily on the back of her chair was so well-drawn, that it seemed real. Very impressive. ( :
My mom and dad moved to Crossville very recently from California (where I am) and I just love it there so much compared to here in CA. Was there recently, can’t wait to go back and I am definitely wanting Ricky to do something special for me for my wife, so darn talented! When I sell my house and retire soon, I am coming your way so be ready! :)
That's funny, I bet I've drawn a thousand pictures like that of Kilroy inside and on the outside of greeting cards over the year's. Great video John!🙋♂️
Awsome video guys so glad to find you on hear I'm a bit of a painter myself. I love his work and totally get his passion for it. I've been doing the same type of painting for years. Lord willing and the creeks dont rise im going to get up to meet y'all
This was my first time hanging out with you guy's. If I wasn't stuck in Minnesota I'd stop and check out that 9 day sale ! Seem like some real good old boy's! My picture was taken at Jumping Branch, W. Virginia in the 70's. Lived there 2 years. See you on the next one.
How much are those comic book covers? I loved the custom one with him and Superman. Very talented. Those doors are awesome too and it was amazing to see him do the Rolls door.

Ricky is a great painter. That's the first time I've ever heard the story of Kilroy. Every time I see Jamestown, I think of the movie Sergeant York with Gary Cooper. The local folks called it "Jimtown".
Hi awesome talented sign painter, when I was younger a traveling painter came through Nebraska painting store windows! Had him paint Starider on my back side windows, a rock n’ roll garage band I started! 👍✌️

I was watching an old video from 7 months ago and you wanted to know who liked little Debbie cakes...I live in southwest Indiana little Debbie cake are well known I'd say just as well known in US as Wal-Mart. .
Hi John. Your video popped up today about the general store from 1937 near Briceville, TN. I did a search on your videos for "Kentucky" to see if you ever ventured into Kentucky. The Goshen Store on Hwy 42 in Goshen, Kentucky might not be close enough to Appalachia, but I thought I'd mention it to you just in case you'd like to document it. I think it's been there since the turn of the century. I can't find any real history on it on the Internet, but my family is from there originally and my mother, born in 1938, used to walk to the store as a girl.
Hey Rick I live in the Appalachian mountains of Kentucky and Perry county I do have reservations to come out in mid-august I have a 2003 F-350 with a 10 inch lift high stroke super duty truck.
