Your Papa is a piece living history as well as being a fine fella. Down here in the South we don't throw anything away cause we'll sure enough find a use for it, sooner or later.

Magnificent treasures, very cool to a fella in his sixties, I too have always enjoyed the old stuff. I started working for a tax deducting job when I was 12 also! 1.65$ per hour! And cut grass and anything else some older folks would need help with. Different time, good time. Good luck to y'all, thanks for the video

lizhoffman6611 I've got a Coca Cola folding metal chair that I showed to Rick Dale and he said that in all of his years doing Coke stuff he has only seen 4 others. I've tried to find info. about it on the web but nothing comes up with what I have. I've even sent e-mails to the Coke people in Atlanta and nothing ever came back.

I was about a quarter amount of his collection at one point but decided to start selling off because the stuff controlled my life and I wanted to be free. It was fun and exciting to collect the stuff but Lord of mercy the selling process was not easy.

I had that dashboard toy myself it was called PLAYMOBILE made by DELUXE READING...no longer have it but still have the original paperwork (inspection tag, instruction sheet with added light bulb / turn signal loose bulb sheet. Had many of the DELUXE READING TOYS in my childhood. I believe I am the same age as the collector d.o.b. 1957.......enjoyed him and his collection, .................................Thanks Tony in TOLEDO, OHIO.
This is like a dream come true for me, I'm only 40 but I have a long history of collecting lots of stuff but I would love to see this in person because this is amazing this is a real museum for everyday people in an nitch in Time

I've been selling on ebay for over 17 years (many of the same collectables Keith is selling) most stuff seems under priced from what I've sold it for.

We as Americans don’t seem to place much importance on preserving our history and teaching it to the younger generations. You have to be very well off financially to own and operate a private museum.
It's an issue worldwide.
It's too sad though once an owner dies and such collections gets liquidated/auctioned.
I'd be HIGHLY interested some those "hot-wheels" he said he has.

I so enjoyed this video! Very interesting items and a very nice owner. I'm from the metro-NY area and there's nothing better from me when I travel to spot a place like this and discovering a real treasure. I too have been a diehard collector since I was about 12. A lot of years! People may say it's obsessive and widdles away your savings, but it's so worth it to us. The experience of searching and restoring is pure meditation. Anything that gets you there is a worthwhile thing to do.

The rotating case reminds me of a Niwot Colorado, antique store, When I was a kid. those days were great Rev tailor's milk shakes and running home when the street lights came on.
I could shop there and feel good afterwards love the signs if you think prices are to high make a offer that's enough to let me know he's a decent collecter and seller Ive always said no harm in asking I have paid more then the asking especially when the person didn't relize realy enjoyed seeing his shop godbless
