It's like living under a third world country. Especially when they crammed all the parts of a fish you don't eat down the drain, flooding my kitchen. I've had as many as 9 people living above me, they are constantly partying, domestic fighting, chainsmoking and spitting. I hardly ever hear English spoken. Black, White and Asian families are fleeing our complex.

I intend to remain grateful that I have shelter and I can still feed my family. I know many are not as fortunate. I have two years left before I pay off our home and it couldn't come fast enough. Our property tax is almost a house payment on its own. It too has raised considerably. I was torn about not filing our return, but I literally couldn't take on anymore financial burden. However, this makes it alittle easier.
