As a lawyer, I'm shocked that in 2022 people think that tertiary education means that you're intelligent lol. All a degree means is that you're proficient in that field of study so I have tremendous respect for people in all fields of work. If your toilet can't flush or your car breaks down, a lawyer is useless lol. I know so many lawyers who aren't street smart, don't have real world intelligence, no people skills and are poor with money.

The problem is that tertiary education has been over-promoted as sole voucher for your intellect, whereas that is far from the truth unless you're in some highly specialized field in STEM(e.g. health & medicine or geology). As a college dropout musician I have amassed nearly 200 world-leading contacts since my teens by simply attending events as well as cold-contacting them, and of course showing them my existing knowledge as well as the humility and desire to learn even more; while some of my colleagues who graduated from college don't even have these connections

Even if the right person doesn't come along at least you have your life full of other stuff you love and things you value. The male suicide rate is to high and I feel like part of it is due to men thinking that their not good enough anymore. So I'm saying to focus on yourself such as traveling, hobbies, work hard in the gym, joining communities, volunteering, learn a trade, ect. "I can change him" Was said several times. It is a highly toxic mentality. A healthy relationship accepts them as they are and encourage/support them to become better than they were. The expectation of being able to change someone else in specific ways to suit their desires is an absolute red flag. I can respect having preferences for things, mentality, personality, looks, height, income, etc.. but if you can't accept me for my flaws or who I am now, you can take a hike. I seek to improve and if you want to help me then awesome, I will do the same, but don't try to change me and I won't try to change you.

It can be frustrating, but it's not a red flag. For one thing, it seems to be a near-universal trait of women. For another thing, it's kind the price of admission for young men. If young men want women to see their potential instead of requiring them to already be rich and productive, those men have to accept that women will have their own ideas and expectations about where that potential is leading.

That, ladies and gents, is how women end up as single mothers with a deadbeat dad not paying for his kid(s). Men generally don't change their ways for women, even if they are as attractive as Stella, it's not in our nature. That change will only come from a man actually wanting to make that change internally.

My average is 3, not 5. Supposing the average is 5 is alleging that the average person is a fraction below handsome / pretty. This, in my opinion, is not the case, for the average person sports fairly poor looks. Besides, if the average was 5, how ugly would one have to be to be a 0 or a 1?
      The way I see it:
      - 0 & 1: hideous.
      - 2: below average.
      - 3: average.
      - 4: slightly above average.
      - 5: somewhat attractive (the very minimum, IF matched to remarkable redeeming qualities, to fall for).
      - 6: very attractive.
      - 7: very, very pretty. A fraction below beautiful.
      - 8: Beautiful.
      - 9: Angelic: Grace Kelly, Christie Brinkley, Doutzen Kroes (appearance only! Her taste in men is nauseating, as is her sexual track record). The equivalent in men would be Alain Delon and Brad Pitt in prime.
      - 10: Impossible. One would have to be entirely perfect to be a 10 - like the Women (and Men) mentioned above, but at their best at all times, regardless of the lighting, the environment, the mood, the age, etc.
In either case, I do agree that a 6 is still very attractive and easy to lose one's reason for.

They all say body count doesn't matter cuz they're trying to convince themselves that it's true but men don't play that game & never have. Women's hypergamy is sated by being with men lots of other women find desirable because he "chose" them not realizing the secondary edge to that sword that also means he has a ton of options like most women do & probably isn't likely to stay faithful either.
Studies also reveal that high body counts have same effect on both men & women when it comes to diminished pair bonding it just doesn't effect us to quite the same extent in that men with high counts generally enjoy their shallow hookups & actively shun commitment unlike women that still seek out commitment while engaging in behavior that makes them nearly impossible to have one.

In fact, one fellow Chinese guy told me that my quirky personality & fashion(semi-formal) is simply not what East Asian women prefer, whereas white, latina & black women regularly complimented me for the exact same things.

The problem with the 10 vs 7 and 9 vs 6 questions is that most women think 7s don't exist. They think 7s are 4s and when they say/think 7, they actually are thinking of a 9. Remember that women rate 80% of men as "below average" attractiveness. Also the 9 vs 6 question needed to state that the 9 doesn't seem too likely to last long-term, while the 6 seems more likely. This should be implied BUT it seems to ALWAYS be ignored by women. Nearly every guy that is a 9 with a high body count is going to really struggle to stay committed to one woman, but women tend to completely ignore that fact and some women view a high body count as a positive thing in a man even when they are hoping to form a lasting relationship.

@@michaelangst6078 how dose her making you happy fit in with men being 3 times more likely to commit self deletion (youtube blocks the word) and that is most men in relationships, 80+% of divorces are initiated by females so the ones ruining the marriage and the relationships are not men. So in summation what you are saying sounds good and all but the opposite is way more common than a female making a guy happy and thus keeping him on his purpose. Add to that the femiNAZIST rule that is "females should never ever do something solely for a man's pleasure" and you understand why so many dudes are getting depressed and dark thoughts when they get into relationships with females. If someone like courtney for instance spent time and sold her advice to females instead of men on how to be more submissive and how to please a man (which is more realistic than to ever think you can please a female) things could have been different, but you see it in the interweave she doesn't push back on their delusions for wanting to have a tall, handsome and financially stable guy. If anything she is encouraging their delusions even more, that's why dating is at an all time low and is dead to most men, because female delusion sets their standards not in reality. Bottom line is courtney wont stop giving men advice and start giving females advice on how to be better, because A) she knows females don't pay for that kind of stuff, they don't self improve and if some of them do self improve they surely don't want to spend 400$ for a 60 min skype call telling them "just do this or do that gurl". She knows only men are willing to pay money to hear nonsense advice that even deodorant commercials give you, because we are built to act, self improve ok lets do it, what should i do, oh just get a haircut and take a shower ? Nice here are the 400$ for that goofy advice that your parents should have told you. I don't believe courtney has men's best interests in heart when giving out advices, and she is deliberately leading these females to the answers because otherwise her grift would come out. Yes looks are the most important part, being tall and handsome is what gets you through the door and a lot of play, notice she dose not have a 5 in looks as a man in her vocabulary, she is excluding 80+% of men when she is giving advice, those 20% dudes don't need her advice because they are already good with females and have their pick of the litter

Let's turn this around for a second, if a men that claim to be looking for a healthy long term relationship set breast size as a deal breaker rather than a prefence he would be viewed as extreamly shallow by everyone.
As a man who is attracted to woman i can say that im definitly more physically attracted to larger breasts but i would never be able to forgive myself for letting that have ANY influence on who i'll end up in a long term relationship with.

I'm in my 60s, and I can tell you from my experience, and those of other average guys that the attractive women who married average-looking guys were in "until death do us part" marriages. They went for personality over looks, and it paid off. I feel that for today's younger women, getting with a hot guy is more about bragging rights and not honestly about raising a family and a future life in love. Women from my generation did not care about the opinion of their peers and focused more on what they wanted for themselves 10 years later. They were the smart ones. Also, add more qualifiers with all questions, like they're looking through a dating app or is told about a guy from another friend/co-worker. For instance: He's 27-30, a mid-level lawyer and making $150K vs a 36-38 y/o plumber that owns his own business(or is at the peak of his career, therefore not very ambitious) and makes $200K+. Maybe throw kids into the mix too.
P.S. LOVED the Star Wars one, though that was a bit unfair. We talking ships or figurines? Cuz figurines are creepy.

A guy can always better himself to make a higher salary but he can't change his height (unless you're talking about extremes like leg lengthening surgery). Women don't want to feel like the masculine one in the relationship if she's dating a man shorter than her.
Occupational prestige is a thing, so even if a plumber makes more than the lawyer, people may perceive the lawyer more highly. If you're just looking at it objectively, you would obviously choose the plumber, but some may feel embarrassed to admit they work in a certain profession because of societal stigma. Same with the PhD grad vs. dropout. If you value credentials or job titles more, you may be skewed a certain way. It's about external perception and putting stock in how much other people's opinions matter to you.

  • @asimmatin3507
    @asimmatin3507 Год назад +1

The fact that these women chose the plumber shows what kind of background from which they came. First the difference in lifestyle between $100K and $200K is not that great. And a Lawyer probably has more opportunity for raises and advancement to earn more money as he progresses in his career. The plumber is totally dependent on how much business is available.
But the person who is the plumber is probably from a blue collar lower-middle class background where doing manual labor is okay. He is probably only a high school graduate. The lawyer at least went to undergrad and graduate school and probably had some ambition in life. He learned critical thinking. He also got a liberal arts education.
If you decide you want to go to the Opera, Ballet, Symphony, or even a foreign art film that is subtitled - the lawyer will be game. The plumber would not. He'd probably blow his extra earnings on a fancy car (BTW, cars are not an investment. The moment you drive them off the lot, they depreciate). If you wanted to watch a foreign film the plumber would probably be like, "I don't want to read the movie. If I wanted to read, I'd pick up a book." He'd probably want to spend his Saturday night at the monster truck derby.
If you were to make a reference to Shakespeare, make an analogy, or reference basic psychology or philosophy in conversation - the plumber would have no idea what you are talking about. The Lawyer probably would.
Also having no education does the plumber have an IRA, an investment account, Life insurance? Is he smart enough to pay extra on his mortgage every month? Or does his extra cash just sit in the bank?
Yeah, being a lawyer may just be a title. But it also means sitting at a desk rather than getting filthy climbing under some pipers. College isn't about getting a piece of paper so you can earn more money. Whatever happened to education for education's sake? Understanding the world around you. Your relationships. The idea that reading Shakespeare, Nietzsche, Freud, and Plato as well as studying biology and history expands your horizons and understanding of the world. It makes you a fuller, rounder person. I get into arguments with uneducated morons on facebook who rail against socialism. But they can't even define what it is.
The educated man is going to give you a higher class life. Not the uneducated blue collar guy.

Girl straight up lied when she said she has dated a man shorter than her. She's 5'3. A woman would have to go well and truly out of her way to find a man shorter than that who isn't a literal dwarf. As for the question where they answered that they would all prefer a 7/10 who is faithful to a 10/10 who isn't. That was a lie too, but they were lying to themselves moreso than to Courtney.

Less than 20 percent of men are 6ft and over in the US. The average male height is 5'8. Interesting that for these women height is still a thing being that the taller guy in that 20 percent has more options and competition around him if he even desires them. And secondly the women who have the height deal breaker are often offended by a man's weight deal breaker. And weight unlike height can change.

First world countries are kinda competitive. Im 6'4 good physique, decent facial features. from south america. Yeah women here tend to stare me alot but not as in the US or european girls. Like its weird. With them is all about height. Whereas with latinas at least 50% of them dont care if youre 5'5. Ive seen plenty of relationships where the woman is way above status than his man. I dont know if we value other aspects in relationships. But damn, this is a good land to find "love". Some of you guys should consider living in third world countries specially south america.

@George Pilzer I am a natural physique bodybuilder standing at 5'10 and a half. I make six figures in the field of IT. I just entered my fifties recently (51 years old ) and I can still confidently pull the interests of attractive women in America and abroad in their 20s, 30s and 40s. I am currently dating a woman in the UK who has been stopped in public by men and women alike and called gorgeous like I am not even there.🙂I am an anomaly as well. Women want providers and protectors. Someone who is a master of their craft or profession so debt and financial hardship will never be an issue should they get together with them. And someone big enough to keep away threats to their person and the children you might have together. Size and height are deterrents where violence doesn't even have to come into the equation.

@BetterBachelor did a review of this video and pointed out that, at no time in this video did you ask women to choose between a 10 and an AVERAGE or BELOW-AVERAGE man. The lowest number asked about was a 6 out of 10 - which is still slightly above average - but you didn't ask them to choose between someone who was a 5 or lower. It would be interesting to see what they would choose based on having the option of dating a guy who was average or below in looks, height, money earnings, etc.

@@CourtneyRyan Great! I actually like these videos to see how women are deciding on men in general. One other thing that got brought up was: many of these ladies said they'd be willing to date men that may not be aesthetically all they want but had other attributes about them (i.e. money, treating them well, had their own business, etc.). However, how would these women even KNOW these men had said other attributes if, upon first looking at them, they didn't have said aesthetics (i.e. height, nice car, muscles) that women often go for? More often than not these men would have not even gotten a shot because these women may not even give them the time of day in the first place for them to find out about these things.
