- Crews have started working on a fence that would surround the abandoned luxury skyscraper known as the Oceanwide Plaza in downtown Los Angeles, City Councilmember Kevin de León announced Friday.

Amazing how this fence goes up so quickly for tagging, MEANWHILE IN BALDWIN HILLS there is a crazed man screaming endlessly and throwing furniture and other items out of his window that is crashing down onto the sidewalk and into neighbors' homes and the LAPD says that there is nothing they can do because "no one is being hurt."

That’s because them watching an abandoned building doesn’t put them at risk. Protecting you could potentially end up with one of the being shot having to pay out thousands of dollars for non-productive work to their family

If those buildings have sat like that for 5 years, wouldn’t they be full of mold or other structural damage? Who’s going to want to live in there after it’s sat like that for so long? I can’t imagine any developer would want to risk it. Is it going to have to be knocked down?
