Yeah there are so many purchases that fall under the “everything else” category and now I finally have a $0 annual fee card that earns 2x points. It feels good!
The Blue Business Cash auto redeems the 2% cash back earned the following months statement which is decent I would love the option to use the cash back elsewhere. The Blue Business Plus is nicer I’m thankful I finally got approved for it second attempt. Building 2x MR points is valuable as I use the Amex Gold and not everywhere codes grocery and 2x elsewhere spend helps pool points together solid duo!
I just got my BBP about a month ago. For business I have the AmEx Blue Business Plus and the Chase Ink Cash. For personal I have the AmEx Gold and the Chase Freedom Unlimited. I have a good balance of AmEx and Chase cards. I really like the fact that I can keep my MR points if I decide to cancel the AmEx Gold. Plus I like the simplicity of 2x on all spending.
Looking good! It’s really nice to always have the BBP to keep those MR points. It’s sad Chase doesn’t have a $0 annual fee card that unlocks transfer partners, but at least it’ll only be $95 and those cards are solid too
Congrats on this card man! 2x on everything, no questions asked, up to $50k for your business at $0 AF is just so chef’s kiss. My first and only business card business card is the Business Gold Card, and I’ve been trying to get the BPP ever since October of last year but pop-up jail has me in a headlock/chokehold. Once I add this card to my wallet, I will hold it tightly as it will never leave. The intro 0% APR for 12 months is going to come in handy as I really want to upgrade my DJ setup! I really hope you get the Blue Business Plus soon. I’m loving it so far! How do you feel about the Business Gold card increasing the annual fee? Are you going to keep it when it’s time to renew it for another year?
super late reply, but if you still read this, my plan is to *fingers crossed* get an upgrade offer from the Business Gold Card to the Business Platinum sometime before July (mostly for the Welcome Offer) as I have home travel coming up - lounge access would be an amazing plus on top of earning the Welcome Offer. If I don't get an upgrade offer for the Biz Gold Card around April, my CFU turns one year old and I would upgrade to the CSR for a travel card. (I'm over 5/24 until 2025, so I would downgrade before applying for a new CSP/CSR in 2025 to take advantage of the Sign Up Bonus). @@JacobsPointsAndProfit
I don't know if I'm gonna get it yet. I called the number after applying and they told me it was still pending. Did they let you know right away or you also had to wait for approval?
I knew right away after clicking through all the screens of the application. They’re probably running extra checks on your application and hopefully they’ll approve you in a day or so

I’d say there’s a very small chance they’ll hard pull you. Of course they can do whatever they want but they most likely won’t
