Personally only thing i would've changed is that you change the switch for a push to make switch so if you ever drop it it turns off instead of a constant on but hey ho great idea though

With those razors on the end you could get though some thick brush. Might make a good cutter for in the woods making a small trail...
very cool, but ya definitely need to addva telescoping handle so you can stand up while youre using it, and have it be collapsible or detachable for easy storage.

You can make this safer.
use a 5 Gallon water bottle (clear) to make a shroud/cone and cover the blades. It'll allow you to see what you are cutting but still cover the blade clearance area. You can also reinforce the end facing you or the user using thicker sheet material for even more safety.

You can improvise this with a better safety features such as something to shield on top of the blade to prevent flying small object flying upwards.

Awesome, really well done! but you don't want to hit any rocks, causing parts off blade flying around. Thats probably why commercial cutters have plastic wires

Yeah maybe an electric one. If I could find one that is good, but most electric ones aren't that good. I got an old ac motor off a pool filter that could possibly make a good ac electric one.
