@@santis9467 if I were to guess that is why Joola flooded the third party market with paddles, never seen a major manufactures newly released paddle hit the bay so fast, they were on there the day of the release, that’s the only way they will make any money on Gen 3 paddles, no warranty, no returns….

Well unfortunately I’m out of luck I guess…the seller didn’t get it from a retailer… so I’m just stuck with it.
