- Liberty (Libby) was chained since she was a puppy in this small doghouse. Her legs became crooked because she never walked, for all her life, 6 years. She didn't even know how to interact with humans she probably never saw anyone but the owner and she was a little aggressive. The police ordered the removal of the dog and the owner is not allowed to take a dog again. And now Libby runs free at the shelter!!!

You can't submit it to a dog care center or something as there are way too many dogs and less funding. Even you're not sure if you'll pay money. You just want to help it but further future is blank.

McDutchie Sadly, many countries treat dogs as such. I’m disappointed in my country for that very reason. Luckily, my region is in the countryside, and our dogs enjoy the free life. Many have a hard time eating (poor area), but at least they’re not tied up or caged.

Ichigo Kurasaki Right now is a health crisis and many can't come and go across different country borders it is the law of the country, it is a stay at home, so when things get better and people can travel again freely, more pets/dogs/cats will be adopted. However if there are local people who really want a dog let Takis Shelter know, and i urge anyone who reads this comment in this dire time to donate for food/care/medical for all these strays, it costs to take care of all these animals.
