I remember when Crapafornia used to be like so cool.... happy and carefree attitudes ...they were always the first to come out with new fads....cool music...now all they do is complain about everything.....scream about how their victims while committing crimes... .riot and loot their stores till the store have to leave....crap in the streets ...and are a bunch of drug zombies....I always wanted to visit... but now wouldn't go there if they gave me an all-expense paid vacation...

Where should he swim? There are giant, carnivores reptiles in the lakes, rivers and streams. There are sharks that like human flesh in the ocean. That leaves pools, which are also dubious, if they are outdoors.

@@zenobiaw831 Florida has the most residential pools in the country with 1.6 million pools and Miami has the most. Almost all are screened in so they aren't as dubious as you think.

I remember growing up in South Florida in the 80s and there were stories about neighborhood pets and little kids going missing.
Any time someone new moved to our area all of us neighbors warned them about the gators and their little kids/pets.
I'm not kidding. It was either 1985 or 1986 and it was all over the news (Broward County, MAYBE Pompano, I'm not sure) that a little boy had gone missing (maybe 4 or 5 years old).
Let's just say gator activity was involved. 😢😢😢

Same. Watching parents (usually new Florida residents) at soccer practice walk their toddlers next to the retention ponds was always enough to make my heart skip!
@@sue7734 You speak the TRUTH! In another video regarding crocodiles in Florida, someone posted that alligators have a fear of humans and don't often see humans as food. I responded that alligators are, DEFINITELY, not afraid of humans and they will see humans as food! I offered proof, by briefly commenting on all the gator attacks down through the years. Interestingly, my comment disappeared. By the blase tone about alligators, from this commenter, I assumed this person wasn't from Florida. People not from Florida really have NO idea what they're talking about and NO clue about the danger they put themselves in! People think because alligators scurry into the water when you come closer that that means they are afraid of you. No, they are getting into a better position to attack you if they get the chance, because water is their comfort zone
@@nataliedean7551Also people are stupid enough to FEED alligators. That’s a quick way to make an animal lose whatever fear of humans it has and if they don’t get a snack from you they WILL go for Fido instead.
But I will still point out that aside from gharials, alligators really ARE the most chill members of the crocodilians. Meaning if an alligator goes after you or your pet, YOU’RE the one who did something wrong.

That guy who wrestled the dog out of the alligator's mouth got himself in that situation without thinking. But I firmly believe once he freed the dog, he was trying to figure out how to let go of that alligator WITHOUT becoming the NEXT animal that had to be freed from the jaws of an alligator.
I saw a panther while driving on 75 back in the early 90s when there were like only 7 in the entire state...the area was pretty much unbuilt back then...that area is now the Villages....I felt it was a once in a life time experience...

The guy grabbing his dog out of the alligators mouth didn't have his dog on a leash. He jumped in the water caught the gator dragged him back to the shoreline and rescued his dog. When asked if he got bit he said he did and then the interviewer asked if he had to go to the hospital and he said no just put some crazy glue on it they are fine. Now that's a Florida man.

I grew up next door on Mobile. We went to Florida just about every weekend so we could Florida. Even Mobilians know never let even big dogs or farm animals near water. If it's not full of gators then it's got snakes.
We had everything growing up in Florida. I am a proud bug killer ( big & small) my husband calls me to take care of any bugs or spiders. And Florida has giant flying female cockroaches. Even the yellow light won’t keep them away. Get it in your flip phone.🤳
