Your instructions and descriptions and encouragement has been so helpful. I wasn't able to use them this whole workout, mind you. But still! Next up, 20 lbs!
I don't remember the last upper body workout I did that had sweat absolutely pouring! This was intense! I liked the format in this one. It was really unique! My word for this one... heating pad! Thank you for another wonderful workout!
06/20/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, my one word is: accomplished! Managed to use 15lb DB's almost the whole way through until we got into the presses, kept the essentials at 15lb's but the presses at 10lbs. Almost broke max effort for my arms! But I feel like I accomplished so much with all these workouts and I cannot thank you Kaleigh enough for keeping it real, accountable and getting to know you even more with the funnies, LOL!

Australian word: Yeah-nah. I much prefer your workouts when they switch back and forth between different muscle groups rather than hovering around one only for a long time. Maybe because it feels a little easier as a beginner. Even though I'm careful to keep my back straight, I have to be careful not to overdo those leaning forward exercises. Thanks all the same :)
At the moment when you mentioned we are switching to abs with no weights I was like: - finally, my arms are dying, it will be easy without the weights me 2 minutes later: - oh my God, may we come back to weights please? 🥺 I never thought my abs may burn so much with no weights involved Thanks for your videos!
