Colton saying he just wants to see Ben chug a jug of ranch over and over again is the most Garrett thing ever 😭😭 I swear to god this guy just plays himself the entire time
Sometimes his Parks and Rec character pops into my head saying, "Imma kill these birds, though" during the emergency simulation episode. Forever destined to murder birds...
The greatest thing about this show is how they managed to develop so many characters through the seasons beside the main ones: Sandra and Mark became basically part of the main cast, Justine, Tate, Jerusha, Carol, Jeff and Myrtle had their moments as well, plus Elias and Bredd were celebrities without talking.
One of the few things I will always be thankful for in "Superstore" is the Filipino representation (no matter how sparse it was!). Not only was there a Fil-Am character that was part of the main cast, but he also SPOKE Tagalog every now and then! Even the bit where Marcus blessed Tita Irma was just something so special to me.
I feel like superstore is a fusion between the office and Parks and rec in the way that they have different departments just like the office and they have the same amount of crazy everyday folks like Parks and rec

Sandra getting angry is always one of my favorite moments. I really like when is Jonah stuttering about something making him uncomfortable. Amy/Jonah kiss next to the garbage bin was also so cute.

@fhall ethan shes not annoying but i dont think she should've become one of the main characters. Its like theres a plotline for her every episode now and its just too much sandra not enough ensemble.
This is like the up to date “The office” but in a grocery store instead of a paper company Bc like the office the actors got to direct episodes like the office did which made the show unpredictable funny and unique and heart warming.
No other show has had me so attached to the characters the way Superstore has. I can’t believe how underrated the show is! I can watch it everyday without ever getting bored. I just wish it went on forever ❤️
Found this show and binged it hard. The ending felt sad to me. But Garrett’s monologue at the ending got to me because I feel that in my everyday life. I love my job. I don’t live my company. I love my job. And the people that I work with. I DO believe your coworkers can feel like family. Sometimes that doesn’t always translate well because many people have family. I don’t have a lot of family so for me, family is who I can find. So I want people around me to do better. And sometimes that makes you come off as a “company man” or “taking your job too serious”. But really it’s because you want to push those around you to do better. The pandemic has been tough for me because everyone is working from home too with their families and significant others and kids. I just stay at home alone all the time suffocating from how lonely I feel. This show really hit that spot. I miss my friends. And I love what I do. Sad to also carry that understanding and consciousness that everything goes away eventually. Please be kind to one another and reach out once in a while, even if to merely crack a knock knock joke. ✌️💚
I worked retail for a soulless corporate giant. This show made me feel heard. And the customer interactions are so on point. I also very much appreciated Garrett's "Halloween surf board" freak out. My store played Revenge of the Sith on repeat all day when it was released on DVD. By the 3rd time through on my shift I walked over to my manger and told him if we didn't put on something, anything, else I was going start breaking things. I made several other comments that are probably a bad idea to type out here because I fully lost it. So he put on Attack of the Clones, because there are no winners in retail 😂
For me the biggest achievement of this show was how effortlessly inclusive it was. In an age when half the people are actively against inclusion and diversity and the other half cannot stop broadcasting that one tiniest act of inclusion they did for woke points - this show rises above other shows and just has a diverse cast and inclusive writing as a part of its fabric. This is what makes this show unique and will make it the kind of show that lives on, when other contemporary shows will eventually start to age for future audiences.
Don't get me wrong, i love parks and rec and the office but Superstore was something special. Hilarious, heartfelt, wonderfully acted and written. Painfully topical and relevant. One of a kind!!!
I can't believe this, I have been watching the show since it first aired and now that it's finally getting the recognition it deserves they want to ended it?? What??? Make this make sense please 🥺

if you are watching this before the final episode, get some tissues. they wrapped it up perfectly and no gonna lie did make me tear up a little. Most shows you feel like you are just watching but what separated this from most is you felt like you were apart of the crew. getting off from a day of customer service and having aggravating people be in your mind or the way your boss treated you and then you go to Cloud 9 and its like they knew how to exaggerate your day just a little bit.
The most saddest part in this series is the ending even Garrett's last speech and the very last when the lights out of the signage of Cloud 9, srsly i cried so muchhh

My favourite is the Hallowe'en one with the shopping carts (S2? S3?) but I also love the Christmas one when pregnant Dina is hanging as an angel and asked Sandra to help her. Sandra stopped...then just walked away. You go girl!
