Awesome podcast with fitness guru Rishabh. Three takeaways from podcast 1. For Good Health :- Sleep, Nutrition and Exercise are important 2. For Parent:- It is important that you put yourself in the shoes like waking up and the sports you would want the child to be to make sure he inspires you and then follows in correct direction even if it is seeing alcohol limit that needs to be followed 3 Importance of Weight Training :- The importance of weight training is really important for men and women over age of 30 and women need to lift weight no matter what wrong information people share 4 Importance of Right Sleep:- Need to make sure you wind up early and go to bed so you complete 8 hours of sleep this last takeaway would be difficult as I do my workout after office. Cult is good CrossFit training center . Has HRX, Strength + , DF and yoga workout . Main point was you vs you and you have to compete with yourself
48:56.Hrithik sir is such an inspiration for all of us, and so are Rishabh sir and his mom. I’m definitely motivated to start working out now! The best part is that muscles don't have a gender. Whether you’re male or female, lifting weights and working out 3 to 5 times a week can yield great results. Rishabh's mom is truly inspiring-drawing 40 buckets of water from a well daily, donating a kidney, and still lifting weights. Wow, that’s simply amazing!Best part.. muscles really don't have a gender. Do 3 to 5 times in gym and lift weights. It comes very natural to woman. Rishabh's mom is an inspiration. 40 buckets getting water out of well in a day. Donated kidney and lifting weights. Wow. This is just amazing.
Ryan Fernando let the guest talk. He is happy to. Don’t try to take control of his story unnecessarily. It’s good to hear your comment but you need to be able to place it only where it adds value. Not just simply. Great listen anyway.
36:28 I like it when he talked about don't letting the sport go away that's a very common thing in India that parents don't support their children in the sport they like and telling them to just study. What a nice and open podcast 👏👏
Cult fit is popular one, I loved this and excited to be part of cult member and family. I following exercises through Cult fit app and collection of tips from Cult fit core. I focusing my fitness goal muscle and weight gain and doing HRX & Strength workouts. I loved when Rishabh talked about the significance of consistent weight training and overall fitness. His practical tips on balancing workouts with nutrition were exactly what I needed to hear! Keep inspiring us! 💪 Be Better Everyday!
Had so many things to relate to. Firstly how the big guys at the gym helped him at his initial stage just like how I developed my love for weight training being around the young college going boys who were passionate about fitness. Secondly the relationship with alcohol. How it spoils your workout routine and that’s exactly why I quit drinking. Just because I would lose muscle and I won’t be able to give my best on the gym for the next one week I gave up completely on alcohol. Thirdly how trainers at cult are selected they need to be passionate about teaching and that’s exactly how my current cult trainer is. He truly leads by example. also how our fitness goals change over time from joining the gym with the goal of weight loss to working on improving your strength and endurance. And how u get more matured in the journey of fitness with ur age and tenure in the fitness journey. Had heard about how he started cult from my trainer. But got to know more about the cult journey in detail through this podcast.

I like each every part of the podcast and every thing he said is relatable. Most fav part was how weight training was magical transformation for him and its not about looks its about how he feel. I can totally relate when I joined Cult in 2018 and started weight training, Shwe and Rishab are my inspiration since then and the transformation that I felt was I become more confident, active and start loving myself , prioritising myself. For me also it was not looks but how I feel . Cult came as a life changer for me , all thanks to Rishab for bringing cult fitness chain and helping people to stay fit.
How turning into one’s passion helped him not only physically but mentally and also later in building the brand and finally giving it back to the society. Shows passion win over money always Also loved the fact that in young age he was into sports too (which every parent should indulge one child into it) which resembles with me also and highlights the importance of how important it is to keep your body moving .

00:20 where Rishabh tells that if he wants his child to eat healthy then first he should eat healthy to se an example. The whole video was informative but that part is the most underrated nevertheless parents should focus on it. 33:50 was also a part which needs to be highlighted as there Rishabh told the most important thing that parents oversights that children should be given the right environment to their children and ask them to play outdoor sports so that they can be active.
When I wanted to join a gym I surveyed the best gyms in my vicinity and believe me nothing compared to Cult. I was looking for floor workouts and the way Cult combines a variety of fitness experiences no one else does. Really it's the best ❤

Being a sportsperson & a fitness enthusiastic.. I found this podcast to be really insightful❤! I truly liked how you addressed all aspects of wellness, including recovery, diet, and exercise. The part where you discussed the value of a steady, well-rounded approach to long-term health rather than depending on band-aid solutions was my favorite. The information on joint health and sleep was very enlightening. I found this episode to be very beneficial, and it has increased my eagerness & motivation about living a healthier lifestyle. I liked the where rishabh says that it should always be you vs you in regarding the fitness journey. I liked that part also where he is talking about the importance of sleep and how he fixed it. I have 1 request to make here ad you all people are focusing the areas which are metro cities or big cities please can you start your branches in tah area or village also as I myself live in a village so its hard to follow all f this. I liked the part where you are talking about how important is weight training for women but you should be talking or telling the solutions for the people like me where we can't get access to gyms.
Best part of the video is Rishabh stressing the importance of 1)Strength training for women 2) Sound sleep 3) not needing any trackers but relying and understanding our own body signals.

Some of my favourite lines Weightlifting was something that came as magical tool and you are from mba doing marketing, sales,hr and many more to built an empire goes all arround world that's crazy men you are inspiring to all us. And how you trained the trainer and qualities of good trainer and good quality of sleep for recovery and also needed that's very important... thank you
I am also interested in business and I myself am into a sport which involves long distance running, so I really like this podcast. When he was told that you will not be able to do it and he said that his ego was hurt but he did not give up. That was also a good part.
For me the best part is his struggleness during his skiny time and how he failed in the 1st attempt and again tried for 2nd attempt and got successful and it become her dream. This proves never fall back if you fail. Try try and try then one day you will succeed and reach to your goal.
I like the way he built the cult empire and also the parenting tip that he said for kids to eat healthy. They see and follow everything from us we must set the example for kids to consume mindfully
I am also interested in business and I myself am into a sport which involves long distance running, so I really like this podcast. When he was told that you will not be able to do it and he said that his ego was hurt but he did not give up. That was also a good part.
I found the most compelling aspect of the video to be the discussion on his theory of weighted walks. The concept is intriguing because it emphasizes that fitness doesn’t have to rely on fancy equipment or elaborate routines. Instead, it integrates seamlessly into daily life, making it accessible and sustainable. By framing fitness as a way of life rather than a rigid regimen or a “life sentence,” the theory encourages a more flexible, enjoyable approach to staying active. This perspective not only makes fitness more attainable but also aligns it with personal lifestyle choices, promoting long-term well-being without the need for strict adherence to traditional workout equipment.
The beat part of this podcast is about the fitness and how it is important in the present situation and especially for a indian child and nowadays kids are also addicted to alcohol. Also your story is also inspiring mainly weightlifting. Loved it...
I am also interested in business and I myself am into a sport which involves long distance running, so I really like this podcast. When he was told that you will not be able to do it and he said that his ego was hurt but he did not give up. That was also a good part.

I loved when Rishabh talked about the significance of consistent weight training and overall fitness for men over 30. It really hit home for me as I aim to maintain my strength and health as I age.
That one liner ,- Health & Fitness starts from the Heart... totally 💯.. we cannot force anyone to start with any of these else it won't be sustainable.
The whole podcast was reallyyyyy reallyyy amazing 🤩 learned a lot from both of you Well invested 1 and half hours . Takeaways four important parts Sleep , Nutrition, environment, and You vs You Sleep : Quality sleep is crucial for mental and physical wellbeing, fueling productivity and overall health. Nutrition: Proper nutrition is the cornerstone of a strong body and mind, vital for energy and longevity. Environment: A healthy environment nurtures our wellbeing, impacting our mood, health, and quality of life. You vs. You: Your biggest competition is yourself; focus on self improvement and personal growth every day. @ Ryan Fernando Thank you for the amazing informations and keep motivating 🫶❤️

His practical tips on balancing workouts with nutrition were exactly what I needed to hear! Keep inspiring us! 💪

CultFit gyms have the best gear and a great vibe that makes working out fun. The trainers are awesome and really keep you motivated.

Takeaways four important parts
Sleep , Nutrition, environment, and You vs You
Sleep : Quality sleep is crucial for mental and physical wellbeing, fueling productivity and overall health.
