Awesome podcast with fitness guru Rishabh. Three takeaways from podcast
    1. For Good Health :- Sleep, Nutrition and Exercise are important
    2. For Parent:- It is important that you put yourself in the shoes like waking up and the sports you would want the child to be to make sure he inspires you and then follows in correct direction even if it is seeing alcohol limit that needs to be followed
3 Importance of Weight Training :- The importance of weight training is really important for men and women over age of 30 and women need to lift weight no matter what wrong information people share
4 Importance of Right Sleep:- Need to make sure you wind up early and go to bed so you complete 8 hours of sleep
this last takeaway would be difficult as I do my workout after office.
Cult is good CrossFit training center . Has HRX, Strength + , DF and yoga workout .
Main point was you vs you and you have to compete with yourself

48:56.Hrithik sir is such an inspiration for all of us, and so are Rishabh sir and his mom. I’m definitely motivated to start working out now!
The best part is that muscles don't have a gender. Whether you’re male or female, lifting weights and working out 3 to 5 times a week can yield great results. Rishabh's mom is truly inspiring-drawing 40 buckets of water from a well daily, donating a kidney, and still lifting weights. Wow, that’s simply amazing!Best part.. muscles really don't have a gender. Do 3 to 5 times in gym and lift weights. It comes very natural to woman. Rishabh's mom is an inspiration. 40 buckets getting water out of well in a day. Donated kidney and lifting weights. Wow. This is just amazing.

Ryan Fernando let the guest talk. He is happy to. Don’t try to take control of his story unnecessarily. It’s good to hear your comment but you need to be able to place it only where it adds value. Not just simply.
    Great listen anyway.

36:28 I like it when he talked about don't letting the sport go away that's a very common thing in India that parents don't support their children in the sport they like and telling them to just study.
What a nice and open podcast 👏👏

Had so many things to relate to. Firstly how the big guys at the gym helped him at his initial stage just like how I developed my love for weight training being around the young college going boys who were passionate about fitness. Secondly the relationship with alcohol. How it spoils your workout routine and that’s exactly why I quit drinking. Just because I would lose muscle and I won’t be able to give my best on the gym for the next one week I gave up completely on alcohol. Thirdly how trainers at cult are selected they need to be passionate about teaching and that’s exactly how my current cult trainer is. He truly leads by example. also how our fitness goals change over time from joining the gym with the goal of weight loss to working on improving your strength and endurance. And how u get more matured in the journey of fitness with ur age and tenure in the fitness journey. Had heard about how he started cult from my trainer. But got to know more about the cult journey in detail through this podcast.

I like each every part of the podcast and every thing he said is relatable. Most fav part was how weight training was magical transformation for him and its not about looks its about how he feel. I can totally relate when I joined Cult in 2018 and started weight training, Shwe and Rishab are my inspiration since then and the transformation that I felt was I become more confident, active and start loving myself , prioritising myself. For me also it was not looks but how I feel . Cult came as a life changer for me , all thanks to Rishab for bringing cult fitness chain and helping people to stay fit.

How turning into one’s passion helped him not only physically but mentally and also later in building the brand and finally giving it back to the society.
Shows passion win over money always
Also loved the fact that in young age he was into sports too (which every parent should indulge one child into it) which resembles with me also and highlights the importance of how important it is to keep your body moving .

00:20 where Rishabh tells that if he wants his child to eat healthy then first he should eat healthy to se an example. The whole video was informative but that part is the most underrated nevertheless parents should focus on it. 33:50 was also a part which needs to be highlighted as there Rishabh told the most important thing that parents oversights that children should be given the right environment to their children and ask them to play outdoor sports so that they can be active.

As I am on a weight loss but also a athlete whose tournaments are next month the information about recovery and specially about sleep was really amazing like he said "your preparation for sleep starts in the morning" and he said that "if you wake up and feel fresh you know that your sleep was great"
And a line from Ryan really changed my view "that arriving to the gym with sole weightloss in mind is arriving from negativity that your are not happy about your body" Btw great podcast♥️

I found the most compelling aspect of the video to be the discussion on his theory of weighted walks. The concept is intriguing because it emphasizes that fitness doesn’t have to rely on fancy equipment or elaborate routines. Instead, it integrates seamlessly into daily life, making it accessible and sustainable. By framing fitness as a way of life rather than a rigid regimen or a “life sentence,” the theory encourages a more flexible, enjoyable approach to staying active. This perspective not only makes fitness more attainable but also aligns it with personal lifestyle choices, promoting long-term well-being without the need for strict adherence to traditional workout equipment.
