It's amazing how time slows down when you're behind the boat. Also amazing how close the line gets to snagging on the tip of the ski when it gets slack... I'm typically skiing a longer line than 41 off, with a lot more of an S turn and less of a Z, with a lot less slack, but it looks like the front 6 inches of the ski are unlikely to touch the water but are likely to get caught on the rope! Keep the vids coming, we winterized the boat here in the northern hemisphere and the only skiing I'll be doing will be on snow for a while.
I have to admit, I would be terrified in crashing and having a boot I would not come out of. Have you ever pooped out of that front boot? That said, being a snow skier, i can certainty see the benefit.
