As far as I know Bluetooth 5 devices are backwards compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 so you should be good. For the best connection though, you could look at a Bluetooth 5.0 adapter. I believe Asus sells one on Amazon.
Hi. Thanks a lot for the video but have you tried using the headphone on Teams or Skype? I mean, not only as phone but also as microphone? I can`t. I have a JBL BT500 and it works properly only as micro but I can`t use it for talking as well.
It works just fine for me with Teams. The only thing I need to make sure is that I have selected the hands-free audio and not the stereo audio when setting up my sound options. Stereo audio doesn't allow you to do voice.

I would double check that they aren't already connected to another device like your phone, TV, etc. if so, disconnect it from there first and try again.

No, the headphones don't have to be the same brand as the Bluetooth. Many motherboards already have the Bluetooth built in as well.

For people not saying turn on your pc hard drive doesn’t have one so you need to buy a Bluetooth usb for the back of your pc hope this helped

If you can't turn Bluetooth on, you may not have Bluetooth on your PC. You need an adapter.

I have an HP Mini Desktop and there is no Bluetooth on/off feature in devices under "Bluetooth" It's a refurbished desktop.....is that normal?
Are you sure the computer has Bluetooth built in? If not you can buy a Bluetooth dongle for pretty cheap to add to your system.
