So the problem with your double wish bone actually is just the fact that it’s off road, and you didn’t add the extra bearing loop to get rid of the glitches.
The bug is because the suspention is placed in a space that is 4blocks tall and the Wheel is in a 3 block tall, creating an matematical problem, because the rotation is diferent in the sistem making the suspention stretch more than the limit.

i wanted off-road suspension, just without how bulky it is, and i have tried to do the bearing trick and it works.

Good question, however. Mods will be required to do this, but its possible in vanilla, albeit very laggy, and will just lock up very easily.
