1. passthroughs are better when bearings are placed on both sides as it prevents the piston from extending under force 2. self resetting memory bits are a thing using 4 gates instead of 5. it also prevents the flickering issue. 3. 1x1x3 vanilla suspension stabilizers are easy to make and don't require bearings. 4. you don't need to push a suspension out of the way to place a bearing or pipe on it. you can look at it perpendicularly at the side of the screw and it will place. Again if needed i can send a screenshot and or a diagram on further details on any of these. p.s it's nice seeing people still enjoying scrap mechanic
I don't remember who I learnt from that you can make more compact suspensions in vanilla by abusing the hitbox of the suspension pieces, but I have used it in a LOT of creations already, specifically in stuff meant for low physics settings.
well thats an easier way of doing the mini suspension never thought to push the bolt out to make connection always takes 5 minutes fighting hitbox lol ☹
I'm not... Admittedly it looks a bit like it with the settings turned down as I do, so I can see the resemblance. If you did want to use the OG graphic you could use the steam beta branch testing feature under game properties to try the old version pre survival.
I never heard of a self fired XOR gate but based on the name I would assume it is just a logic repeater like I made in the video. The idea is you just feed the output back in to the input to make a loop.
this is the most helpful scrap mechanic video ive ever seen since my time playing this game and ive been playing for 5 years
Wow. I'm glad it helped. 👍🏻
I can relate
i know all this thanks to my megamind ahh brain
@Vincent-is-Legendary noice. 😎
a little bit of outdated tech but nice delivery on the content. if you're curious on which things are outdated feel free to ask
I am curious.

Thanks.
Now that I think of it the bearing in the suspension stabilizer was to control it but I forgot that that was all it was for. lol
gl with your speedrun
I watched the first 20 seconds and looked at this mans sub count and said "how is this man not more popular" good job man
Cool thanks
5:21 Ah, I see, a fellow brother in Christ!
I really liked the vid! I'll have to save this for later when i use these tricks
Cool
this man is underrated, +1 subscriber
Cool thanks lex
I really learned new things even tho I thought I knew everything.
how have i not come up with these before? really sweet tips. thanks!
This is great! I even understood some of it!
That's good 😄 lol glad it helped.
Amazing! Please show some more logic stuff in the future!
I will put that on the list of video ideas.
Don't stop believing!

how are you using the og graphics?

можешь обьяснить про самозаваренные XOR гейты
Don't know what that means.
@@CheddarFoxперевод ломается опять, я про selfvired XOR logical gate

You're bring the channel places...not this fictional 'god' character. With that. I'm out
Ok Blessings on you.
bro used a piston pass instead of wedge pass, you are a noob
Yeah forgetting that one was a bit silly. But the piston version is still useful even if not as much. Thanks for pointing that out.
