    Been watching your channel since '93.
    three things i've learned are:
    its oye-ul, not oil,
    lefty loosie applies even laying upside-down-which is mind bending...
    and hoity toity, still not sure on that though. I think it means "its good"
    lol love you guys!

    What's better, a shorter aftermarket air filter or a longer one on my predator 212 with a stage one upgrades. Upgraded jet, emulsion tube, racing spark plug and header.

    If u don’t hone the cylinder walls , will it push oil thru? I bought a new Tilly block and built it from the ground up . Didn’t hone the cylinder walls . It also has a big valve head that I installed bronze guides and recut the valve seat . Also do I need the valve seals ? Never used them and seen them on stock heads . Don’t know if I should use them . Pls help anyone .

    Thank you. I was wondering if that weep hole between the cam tap its could be safely opened up. Now I know. Will it remove the need for a catch can?

    • @RedBeardsGarage
      @RedBeardsGarage  3 года назад

      You will still need a catch can. It just helps with the oil return from the head to the block.

    You've done so many modifications that I have to ask you a question: What engine do you prefer for the Trailmaster MB200 minibike? Tilloston or Predator and specifically, which one of the preferred brand? I want to build a reliable yet high performance Trailmaster, but am undecided on which engine I should stake my money. Or if you have no preference, explain also. Please advise.

    • @jaygouy7599
      @jaygouy7599 2 года назад

      Pretty sure he prefers the Tilloston,because of the way Tilloston has engineered their motors; makes it easier to work on.
      I could be wrong though man.
      Hey maybe he will answer you and correct me if needed!!
      By the way @Red Beard’s Garage I am a new follower and just got into mini bikes and small engines ect, and you have been my main instructor and keep it entertaining for me man!! Thanks Boss!

I work at a commercial vehicles dismantlers and we have a few of those 3 pot Kubotas laying about the yard, they power fridges on lorry trailers, always wanted to build a garden tractor with one of them or maybe an old Lister or Petter engine.
