Love this workout. Never done it before, but it was perfect for me at the moment as I struggle with mastalgia and high impact workouts are just too painful.
I have a condition called erb's palsy causing nerve damage with reduced range of motion and strength in my right hand, arm and shoulder. I have been trying to find a modification for the windmill for ages and here I finally found one! Thanks so much. I'm so excited to have a modification I can do instead of following along without weight or twiddling my thumbs during that part of kettlebell videos. Love the modifications for harder and easier. Will be watching for more videos for sure!
2nd day using kettlebells. I did the 10 minut yesterday and tried to step it up. I only made it 15 minutes. I will keep doing the 10 minute workout this week and try for the 20 minutes next week. I'm dripping in sweat. And definitely need to work on my balance.

For the ones wanting to know what you burn calorie wise, I can tell you my stats. I'm 53 years old and about 23 years post partum : ) with diastasis recti (untreated for all these years). I wanted to do kettlebell to close that gap. Mine has personally gone from 3-4 fingers wide to 2-3 fingers wide. Okay, caloric burn: for me the workout is 23 minutes, average heart rate is 103 and calories burned is 115 on average. I don't do the planks (yet!) but go for the hip lift or is that a gate? And I'm using a 10lb kettlebell for now. I'm glad all you young people think its a work out, makes me feel better about myself because Amy kicks my tail. How often do y'all do the workout?

Hey Amy, I love all of your kettlebell workouts and go back to them again & again! I just want to know if you have any tips for squatting with bad knees? I have kinda bow legs (inherited) and it means my inner knee cartilage is very weak. I have to be so careful when biking. running etc. I want to be good at squats because they're so good for the glutes but don't want to cause any damage! Any tips would be greatly appreciated thank you :)

I know women who had c-sections with flat abs. It's possible! :)
Im really struggling with mine. I had a csection nearly 3 years ago. My low abs are still completely numb. But my baby girl is worth it!
