I am probably one of the only guys here, but that's OK. I like these workouts because they are well thought out. There is a lot of work done out of weak positions which improves stabilizing muscles, and that directly translates into better movement no matter what you do during the day, which really means better quality of life. I have been telling everyone about Bodyfit by Amy. Also, I like Amy's communication style. Also, Amy does the workout and talks during the workout, while I struggle to breathe, while many other people don't do the workout in real-time. Everything about these workouts, and this channel is excellent.
Amy is the best kettlebell instructor out there. Most kettlebell videos are made by people trying to show off their moves and athleticism. You will get hurt trying to imitate them. Amy teaches you how to do the workout for strength, power, functional mobility - all while staying injury free. I am a better athlete and have had fewer injuries since doing her videos.
No matter the kettlebell weight this is a great workout. Through lockdown 1 i used this almost everyday with just an 8 pound kettlebell and this along with eating right i managed to get myself from overweight to a healthy weight range. I still use this every week but have brought new heavier kettlebells to make it that bit more intense. I know this is an older video - but thank you Amy! I truely appreciate you for uploading this, its made a big difference to my life.
The thing i love about this workout is that once youre done, she takes you through a little cool down routine as well, instead of just stopping. It's really a well paced video! Love this style!
These workout outs bring back memories. My fitness journey started with Amy in 2016 and years later I still do BodyFit by Amy workouts. B K if you do this every day or every other day you will lose weight. I used to do this and toned up so much and lost weight. Then i got lazy and noticed I got flabby again. 😫I started noticing within a few weeks and people commented 🥰

wow! i mean wow! i give up easily, but this is something i wanna do more! done 5 days in a row already! i like that the kettlebell gives you a better push to do the moves rather than just lifting your own body, no sore pains or anything, great workout!!! im gonna keep it up! hopefully it will help with the belly fat 🙈
i might be weard commenting on my own comment, but i thought i share it anyway.. im doing this workout with a mix of another as i find it most comfortable for myself for nearly 5 months, and... i lost 6kg, while doing it 5 days in a week with lots of protein in my diet, and im just happier, gained tons of confidence and even slowly started to change my wardrobe! thank you Amy! ❤
In the years I have been watching youtube, this is my first comment. I loved this workout. I have been looking for a routine to use my kettelbell with and this was just what I wanted! I am sweating up a storm and happy my bell finally got some use. Ill be using it more now. Thank-you!!!
There are several components to remedies for losing weight. One resource I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Bell Train Blueprint (google it if you're interested) definately the most helpful guide i've seen. look at the amazing information .
Slowly working my way up with this workout, now on 12kg and using 16kg for swings! I've modified it a bit by doing x100 swings and added x10 turkish get ups while on the mat, thanks again Amy, you're such an inspiration!
Amy I really LOVE your workouts..... I'm not into these "bouncing" fitness videos.... I much prefer weight and resistance type workouts. You are so motivating.... I never feel inadequate when I train with you... although you are gorgeous you never come across as being full of yourself and I really love it when you sound as if you're finding it hard too... tells me you're human lol

Just finished this workout and OMG!!! My hands are shaking. That was intense but absolutely awesome. I am doing kickboxing 2-3 times a week and wanted an alternative exercise to do at home. This is definitely it!! I know I am going to see results quickly doing this. Amy you're a BEAST!!!!

I love this workout. If anyone is wondering how many calories you burn doing this workout, i didn’t push myself as hard as i could because i did another workout before this so i was tired. I wore polar heart rate monitor, i am 5’7 and 147 lbs I burned 202 calories. I used 10 lbs kettlebell.
Only just discovered your workouts as I have just got into kettlebell training. This one is awesome - it hits all the right areas without the need for fancy footwork that other coaches are fond of. Had me puffing like a beached goldfish which has to be good!

I much prefer to do Amy workouts, and will never go to another class in the gym (except deep water aqua!). This is by far the best way for me to workout as I can switch weights up and down, which cannot do in class. I am amazed at how much I have progressed in 8 months. I can so things I never thought I would ever do ! Not bad for a 64 year old !

Great workout! The movements are a little more creative than most and good job balancing out the activities from hard to easy to hard to sort of create a bit of rest time. I also enjoy the 15 min kettlebell for women.

Just finished this workout and I loved it. I recommend it! You can feel it in your arms, abs, and legs.
Thank you so much, Amy! This workout is really effective! I'm an active person and still ended up sore the next day. Also, this workout is actually pretty fun and the time seems to fly by. I'm definitely sold on doing your kettlebell routines regularly!

I liked this workout. You’re really motivating and your intervals were manageable :) I also liked all the modifications and how you took time to show proper form. I’m new to using a kettlebell! Will be checking out more of your videos!
I much prefer to do Amy workouts, and will never go to another class in the gym (except deep water aqua!). This is by far the best way for me to workout as I can switch weights up and down, which cannot do in class. I am amazed at how much I have progressed in 8 months. I can so things I never thought I would ever do ! Not bad for a 64 year old !

Great workout! The movements are a little more creative than most and good job balancing out the activities from hard to easy to hard to sort of create a bit of rest time. I also enjoy the 15 min kettlebell for women.
