    Get excited for heart pumping cardio superset style! Alternate between two exercises in descending intervals of 40, 30 and 20 seconds. Low impact and high impact options provided so you can work to your own fitness level.

    Absolutely loved this workout, I really like the 40, 30, 20 second format, as I feel I can really go for it in that last 20 🤩 my heart rate got up there, but was also quick to come down in between thanks to your regular conditioning 🙏 I’m feeling very healthy and fit and it’s all because of you Amy, I really appreciate your free online content.     What a great workout! I am in my first trimester so I did all low-impact. Instead of plank jacks I did standing jacks. Sill felt the heart beats. ❤
