Enjoying the 25 minute workouts, side leg lift with weights were killer - was giving myself Charlie horses! But so good - getting to those muscles in a different way. I liked the format for variety - a little confusing at times and it was hard to do my own counting while you were counting - but I let it go - went with the flow and so grateful Amy and this workout!

This was actually the first time I cried during a workout. I am recovering from a cold and of course that means I get more tired than I would get if I was feeling 100%, plus I've been feeling some pain in my left foot. All this combined just led to me feeling weak during the workout and some moves hurt my foot. I really felt like just giving up and I felt like my body was working against me instead of with me. But then I thought to myself; this is what Amy is talking about when she says; be where you are today. And I wasn't, I was trying to be where I am on a normal day, but this wasn't a normal day for me. So I wiped my tears and I stopped doing the lunges that hurt my foot and allowed myself to actually feel a little more tired and not quite myself - because today was a day when I really needed to be where I was, today. And this became a workout where I learned alot and challenged myself in ways that I normally don't do in a workout. But other than that, GREAT workout, hahaha! :)
Oh wow--now I'm crying reading this! I'm so sorry it was a tough day but SO happy you allowed yourself to do be where you are today---that's exactly what it means!
I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I prefer the longer workouts. In the shorter workouts, I feel like I’m all over the place and sloppy lol. Still a great workout!

I am an obsessive counter by nature so this is perfect for me. Lower body focus makes the core stay engaged.
