Urban Contact Juggling: Lesson 4 - Squeeze Ups • Dianna David

Squeeze Ups or I call them Ice cream Cone are really fun moves that you can use at the end of movement phrases. A phrase is like a series of moves. It helps the audience see the ball stop gracefully. You can go in between moving the ball into a Squeeze Up or keep the ball in one place and continuously doing the squeeze ups there.
The dexterity exercise is really key in contact juggling. You will end up using this for the future lessons in Spinning.

I just got my first contact juggling ball at the age of 46. I learned juggling is good for the brain and I need all the help I can get. Your videos are well done and so far are my favorite to learn by. You are very good at breaking down each step and helping the very beginner not feel so intimidated by the moves.
