      Except that pattern is impossible to do. The way the ball gets rolled winds up positioning a persons hands to where they wouldn't be able to let go of the ball and reset their position. Here is a video proving this:

    • @magicbyspaz
      @magicbyspaz 4 года назад +1

      Actually you're correct.
      The explanation in the video makes the move impossible to do.
      2 things on opposite ends (in this case left and right hand), being pushed towards each other won't allow movement on either end. There is no possible way his left and right hand would ever be able to get near the ball in order to switch hands and continue the move.

    very good tutorial. thanks. quick observation: be careful with your left thumb. for a lot of the time, you had that thing VERY hyper extended. that could cause an injury or pain later, esp using a heavy ball.

    • @learningtolearn9356
      @learningtolearn9356  7 лет назад +3

      obce Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed! And don't worry about that thumb. That's how it naturally bends on my left hand. Funny story, my dad has two straight thumbs, and my mom has two thumbs that curve back like on my left hand. I got one of each!

    Thanks for the great video! Any window on how long it usually takes to get the 1st step down?

    • @learningtolearn9356
      @learningtolearn9356  4 года назад

      Dee Fenestration You are very welcome. To answer your question, it depends. It may only take a few minutes to master the first step if you have related experience doing coordinated movements with both hands, like video games, knitting, playing instruments, sports, dancing, etc. It may take longer if you’ve never done anything like that with your hands before. My advice is don’t think about how long the process takes. Practice the step until the movement feels comfortable and natural, however long it takes, and then move on. Thank you for asking 😀
