I must tell you, your video lets alot to learn about. I think each juggler has wisdom to share, and what you have taught me is expression and body movement. Believing in the magic we create when we grab a ball. I will full practice this. Thanks for sharing your gift with others!

Very clear and easy to understand. You are a talented teacher. I'm just starting and just bought my first ball. Now I have the teacher I just have to practice.

Also, if you wanna watch how this ball became part of my life, check out my Tedxtalk by searching "Have the Balls to Follow Your Dreams". Just released 3 days ago! Enjoy!

I found you! You're about the age of my three daughters. Funny that I recently discovered contact juggling and my first ball arrived today! Acrylic, and I think I'm sorry I didn't go with the silicone. What size is your red ball? I got the 80mm. Loved your TED Talk. Maybe a woman old enough to be your mother can gain a little more flexibility in her arms and hands. Here's the link for your talk...

A BIG thanks to you Dianna! Ive been looking for a tutor for this new hobby i picked up and have been enjoying alot lately and i feel like you have BY FAR the best videos for learning things! I wanted to strengthen my arm and finger muscles because i have been suffering from Tennis elbow and this is actually workin great! its suprising but then again not since im using almost every muscle in my hand to do these things and its also quite fun!

Thank you for these videos! They're really helping me. I started contact juggling four years ago, just as something to do while I quit smoking, but so many things never clicked for me. I've only just recently started to be serious about learning new tricks and taking the time to really practice again. Your videos are really making a lot of things more clear to me and giving me some new ideas.

Haha, I tried to get into contact juggling four years ago as well. I even bought several balls and a DVD. School and life just took me away from it, and here I am dusting off my old ball and getting more serious about it. Good luck Sam, we can do it!

Dianna David BTW, I made a friend request on your page because when I tried to find the page you mentioned in this comment it said not found. in other words no business page just a personal page, I hope that's okay.

Really good instructor although I'd prefer if you went into greater depth with the actual arm motion since it took me a while to figure it out :)
