- Imagine this move like water droplets rolling around in your fingers. Keep your palms open so you can admire the ball.
Also, play music to keep you in time and motivated to practice.

WOW!! thank you for this lesson, I have been doing contact juggling on and off for years and I have recently got back into it again and I can honestly say that I have never heard a better explanation on how to do a palm spin, I'm not entirely sure I ever really understood how to accomplish it until seeing this video!! but it makes perfect sense to practice getting the ball to those points on your hand and then onto isolating the ball and moving the ball to the same points whilst moving your hand. Thanks!!

I recently started trying to learn how to contact juggle and the bigggest problem ive had so far is the palm spin thingy, i feel like im doing it way too fast and also im having big trouble reversing direction.
It feels like this video helped though, i think i got a better idea of how it is supposed to work now :P

So basically to isolate you move your hand in the opposite direction of where you spin the ball with the fingers right?
what size ball are the small crystal ones? it's hard and expensive to buy balls in brazil, so I'm thinking about getting a smaller crystal one instead of the 100mm. I'm learning with a 100mm stage ball.
OMG i don't know how to just move my hand and not the ball it's so annoying can somebody help me?

did you get all 10 lessons? Well, if I'm grounded and not playing too much this summer...I can add some dance techniques to CJ...We'll see...just pass these ones around for a bit and we shall see!
