You're explainations are so natrural and straight to the point that it's instantly understandable, and that makes it so much more fun and easier to learn!!! can we do it with the Acrylic Fushigi too????

      *transparent Acrylic

the same motions are needed to get this with an acrylic. My advice is to try it over a bed so the fall isn't so hard and you can catch it sooner. Then, try to work it up in parts, first getting up to your elbow, then shoulder, then chest and when you catch it on the other side of the body, you can maybe even hold the ball from your shoulder, release it and then stop it at your elbow with a stall, or go all the way down to stopping it on the back or palm of your hands. Wait until you feel it settle and then repeat is. Allow your body to have a true connection (touch) with the acrylic and move your arm laterally to keep it under the weight of the ball...Physically learn how its path goes up your area and find the momentum that keeps it on path. MAKES SENSE YET? Enjoy!
