Pop the colours in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes before peeling the paper off as that stops the stickiness. I think it’s due to the honey content 🐝

Hi Jan, yes they are really lovely but it’s only in the field that you can get a strong idea of how they perform. I’m dying to get stuck in and yes…I can see a fox coming into being with 378 (which is transparent, not semi-transparent as I wrote on the screen) - but my fox will no doubt be wearing a scarf 😂
Dear Roisin, I wonder if the colours are sticky because there's still too much water in it whereas other producers dry there colours up to 4 times to fill up the boxes as much as possible? Thanks for sharing this anyway. Greetzzz 😊

Yes, it’s the honey. That’s a good tip about the freezer, I don’t think a few minutes would harm the paint 😊
@@roisincure mine are always jn the freeser (and some other brands to) nand that's fine.
Just pulled mine out of the freezer this morning. They are just fine.

No! They are sticky because Roman Szmal uses honey in his paints. But you are correct in that they don’t dry out like others’ watercolours do.
