The crew was incredible, unaware that they were flying into an ash cloud from volcano that had been erupting for many months over Jakarta Indonesia. The crew worked together, able to restart all engines, land safely w/o any injuries. On landing the windscreen was opaque, so they had to focus on the side windows to land the craft. Whatever individuals beliefs are, this flight was a miracle. Sorry to say the pilot (captain) of this flight just passed recently. Well done BA crew of BA 09. Well done all !!

Im lucky be a freight dog (B767 cargo pilot). I live in Hawaii, drive ten minutes to the airport and park close to the plane which is about a 3 minute walk. Easy peasy.

Lucky Cap’t flying a 757. Those things are like the jets of commercial aircraft. The thrust to weight ratio is impressive.
