60fps rules!
i agree but some peoples internet does not like it!! What does everyone think? 30 or 60fps what do you want? makes no difference to me, I shoot and edit it all in 60fps anyway

@@KevinTalbotTV it does look nice but with 60 fps if everything moves around fast and you're trying to show something, some stuff can be easily missed since the framerate is greater, which is why people may prefer 30 fps

stock xmaxx is way stronger, with all the mods this is probably a bit stronger

@@mwonsalathat's only for the body, nobody cares about the body, with that mod it isn't way stronger, with mods he means the real mods like a bettter chassis and a new driveshaft. Shock towers and stuff.

I like that extended rear Ti scorched parts skidplate! And tip for anyone watching if you shorten the arms you also need to adjust the turnbuckles and check steering endpoints. 👍

For those stubborn flush, broken bolts and screws, pick up a small pneumatic engraver from amazon. I paid $70usd for mine and it comes in VERY handy as a toolmaker at an auto plant.

The front diff case is broken around where the screw attaches to on the bottom right 4:40

Try the EC5 connectors the ones that look the same but are blue. They seem to me very tight. I drive my 4s outcast like crazy 35ft In the air without any of my batteries ever coming unplugged

Hey Kev, I know everyone hates them but, Traxxas connectors are solid, mine never come out on big jumps. So if you are looking for a solution Traxxas connectors are the way to go.
@@nathanz602 ok, did you mean that the Traxxas ESC cables where short, because I meant for him to put Traxxas connectors on other brand ESCs

Well, try this for your battery cables, no idea if it works: Make the cables longer and before you connect the battery to the ESC, put a knot in the cable then connect them. An image search for "
How to prevent your extension cords from unplugging" will show you what i mean. Maybe it works for battery cables too.

Try some velcro on the battery wires. I use the little square stickers and every vehicle has one some where and every battery connector the other. They almost never disconnect but I don't bash quite as hard as you do in the vids, unless I'm angry.

Hey I know this video is fairly old but at 4:39 you can see on the bottom right that the bottom side of that diff bulkhead is also cracked. May be worth looking at to make sure it's all good

kev i absolutely HATE those hex screw heads because they round off so easily then depending whereabout the screw is located, it can be an absolute nightmare trying to loosen the screw!!?? If it's a loctited screw then it's 50 times worse!!?? I would much prefer the screw heads to be Philips or Flat head screws!! Great vid thanks kev! Wes, Liverpool, UK.

Kev put a small zip tie to hold the battery cables connectors together.
If you put a zip tie in-between the positive and negative wires on the connectors it will hold them together
This guy is the only person that knows how to take apart and put together an RC car without wrecking it.

The camera looks great in this! The 60fps seems to work really well, also kev if you want bullet proof connectors, just use a small cable tie (zip tie for us in the states) to hold them together

Kevin your battery cables need some slack! They need some give to absorb that shock instead of the force pulling them directly apart at the only possible point, the connection 🤣
Kev I found that if you get some reusable zip ties and tie the connectors together it works really well
