I know this place between Savoy and Belmont Hotel. Indeed very clean and high class street. Did you visit the newport mall end of the street? You can enter via the Mariott hotel too. Nice luxury shops, casino inside and great foodcourt.
I didn’t get to explore much around there just the street food fair, but I’ll definitely have to go back and check out more soon. Super clean and nice in that area for sure!
