I had the same experience with McNeil bedsides. Just OK on fit and finish. Around the tail lights was pretty ridiculous and I had to remove a ton of material and finished product has huge gaps around tail lights with uneven drops below the bumper. Seems to be the way their products are. Like you said, from 10 feet away, doesn't look too bad. I plan to do some finishing work down the road but lost patience and got it painted.

Oh boy so that should be fun. I did notice when I looked at my bedsides that there were no tail lights holes as well. Do you know if fiberwerx is the same way?

@@NSQGarage I had the bed off and was driving it around so I could come back to it after I'd get frustrated. I'd never worked with fiberglass so it was all learning curve for me. I don't have any direct experience, but from all my research online, sounds like fiberwerx is about same quality as McNeil, but better customer service. Problem with ADV for me was that they didn't make 6.5' bedsides for a Gen 2 (mine's a 2019 f150), but I've been impressed with their work in forums and here on youtube.

@@RallyMoto yeah ADV was significantly more expensive. maybe that is why. well as they say: "you either have time or money", right? lol
