Use Thin aluminum strips put them the whole way around the inside of the grill with good glue it will make it stronger and bolt off that. You can paint the aluminum any color you want

What if you trim out the old grill, and use that mash with it to get a better look

The old grill doesn't fit with the raptor hood unfortunately
