You should consider upgrading the Sync 2 to Sync 3. Easy upgrade for about $550. I really like the CarPlay function. It took me about 2 hours to install in my '14 Raptor. I've also swapped out the headlights for Morimoto LED, BIG upgrade in lighting.
Congrats on the truck, the mods are all awesome! I converted from a Gen2 to a Gen1 last year myself. There’s no going back to that eco boost once you have driven the 6.2L NA…it’s such a special engine with a ton of character.

It was a great truck, but I really wanted a V8 after being around a bunch of Gen1’s off road (I had cylinder envy) and was waiting to find a low mileage, one owner Gen1. Thankfully I found one and couldn’t be happier. I also bought a TRX last month but it is my daily driver. The Gen1 is my collector item and my favorite between the two.

I love it! I just ordered svc smurf and baja v3 for my G1, id love to get some deavers but $. after I install the bumpers I have a fairly big project of replacing cab corners, rockers, and then Raptor lining the whole truck in metallic black bedliner, I'll do the grey trim in grey bedliner
Truck looks nice! I'd ditch those rotors as they tend to crack where the holes are drilled and they also get rocks trapped in them, not good for any type of off roading
I have some mods I need to do that you have done. Looks like it should handle awesome. Mine still an asphalt princess. For now. Selling my black horse chase rack. Dont see me needing. Plenty of places for LEDs
Dig the new intro bro! Did the Deavers help with the rear end bouncing on grooved concrete highways? Just got my shocks rebuilt but it still feels pretty bouncy on those sections of I25, 70, and 470.
Thanks man. That's a good question... Those roads are still 'bouncy' for me but the rear end help with bouncing / choppyness offroading. Previously on my gen 2 and gen 1 the rear end would skip putting the peddle down off-road and that has been completely eliminated. Also the rear ends on both gen 2 and gen 1s are a ' weak points' so highly recommended to upgrade if you plan on jumping / offroading

These are the factory SE sticker package. I think there are vendors out there who still sell the OEM sticker package for gen 1s. Ford approved vendors*

Are you running drop shackles with your deaver +3s? I want to run deavers on my truck but I'm debating between +2 and +3. I used to run mid perch but now I have eibach springs so the truck sits perfectly level right now.
How many miles you got on it man? I have a 2021 F-150 but I want off-roading so am gonna trade in for a 2013 raptor with 75k miles. Will be in the truck for 22k with where I’m at on my current vehicle. Do you think that’s a pretty smart move?
I'm about to break 100k! That's the same amount of miles I got on mine when I bought it. These trucks last 150k+ miles ez. You're gnna love the gen 1 but the difference in comfort/tech is gnna be HUGE compared to a 13'
Congrats!! Hard to describe without showing a picture. But if you look at your front shocks, there springs will more compressed that the standard setup. It should be only ~2" difference and you'll see either a collar holding it up, or like mine a click up.

The knobs on the radio are different starting in 2013. Thats why I got a 2013 in instead of an 11 or 12. Small personal preference but I like the way they look better.
Yah they're pricey... But I like that it came out... Ford will make an even better truck now. But with your SE + ~$10-15k I bet it'll be a better truck than a trx

Sync 2 to Sync 3 was the single greatest upgrade to my 2013 Raptor. You can also add a CPLAY2AIR for wireless capability. Love it

Keep a eye on your rearend pinion seal with the exhaust like that. Been there done that.

I am not using drop shackles. +2 is factory height - +3 gives you ~+1" inch in the rear
