Hello Dr. Berg I'm your fan from Mongolia. I really love your videos. I know you value organic foods. Mongolia is a heaven for a person like you who values 100% organic foods. For example: We have the healthiest protein- beef. Bc our cows find their grass to eat by themselves from nature. There is no many complicated standards on our foods, just one "organic" and it's unnecessary to label it hhe. Also we have over 300 types of organic dairies which don't show any allergy and all made from whole cow milk. I think maybe one day you would want to travel to any country which have full of organic foods. And I also think Mongolia is your best choice. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. That's funny you say that! I made it before and loved it! I just told Dr. Berg last week that I needed to get some cabbage and make another batch. Even pulled out my sauerkraut pot! I'm a purist with it though. I have only used red and white cabbage. But I can experiment. Send me your ideas!
Today I peeled and sliced raw beetroot into little sticks and mixed with about the same amount of sweet shredded cabbage, salty water and added the liquid left in the jar from my previous batch. It tastes great already. Beetroot is good for the liver. I am making this to add diversity to the bacteria in my gut - help with over reacton to things like traffic fumes, newspaper, perfumes, etc. Cultured vegetables sounds better than calling them fermented lol. I see people curl their lip at the thought. Sweet cabbage with red capsicums / bell peppers not the hot ones is gorgeous. Next I will brew kombucha for more lactic acid producing bacteria. I am seriously into making chocolates - as they contain coconut oil that's very good. I've got you to thank for that. Only 0.5g carbs per chocolate. Used stevia drops. That is exactly the same recipe as the old Hershey's 5 Minute Mousse i have been making for decades. Its easy and yummy.
