They are earning the same. These are specialists nurses. Meaning they added another One year qualification on top of their 3 year qualification. So entry level teacher and post level 1 teacher earn the same salary amount. Exclude other allowances that nurses are getting.
I have learnt a lot from watching these videos mainly because the of the similarities between various basic income though variations is normal when it comes to Gross across various professions.Remember something like overtime and bonuses are subject to higher volatility and cannot depend on them.😊

Medical technologists work long shifts just like nurses and Dr. I used to work 6 to 6 7days a week then the next week off. The diagnoses depends on the lab results so its a 24hr service for the Drs.
With a degree, masters and PHD...and specializing in certain field..like Microbiologists, hematology, Medical Biochemistry, forensics pathology, immunologist and those who specialized in HUMAN GENETICS
What does it mean to say "she ONLY has 1 year and 7 months experience" Those salaries are not even close when compared to inflation, albeit many use it for the wrong expenses (wants)

r@@prettyanwani8957 Hi Pretty, My take home was around 14k this was in 2013 at a private lab. Currently they take around 20k in public labs. Am already over mahumi a malo nga dzi tauzeni lol. As per BCEA you do work overtime but not more than 40hrs per month.

Teacher are paid less than the nurses because we work Monday to Friday, no long hours, no weekends and no public holidays.

No qualification doesn't affect your salary, you only need minimum but your experience and position does increase your pay
