Steelhead Obsession / a fly fishing film

Short film fly fishing for spring run steelhead in british columbia.
Spent a couple weeks looking for steelhead with Dave Richard and an old raft in the skeena watershed. Couldnt of asked for a better outcome !!

i guided for several years on the Babine and the Sustut/Skeena. It was my favorite office :)
You caught some beautiful fish there. That chrome bumper fish near the end reminds me of the first steelhead i caught in the Skeena near Terrace.
You brought back some awesome memories, thanks!

Absolutely amazing work, as always. Those steelies are incredible. I just loaded a video of a steelhead I caught. The fish in your video can literally swallow my fish, no problem lol. I can only imagine what it's like to fight giants like those. Tight lines.
